5.00I wish I had not eaten breakfast, huge portions, delicious, unique experience. Johnny was an incredible guide, explaining both the historical cultural and current evolution of the foods in Peru. My favorite was the piranha and fresh salsa, but nothing was bad on the entire tour. I loved watching the preparations, picking out fruits and tasting a different side of Peru. Loved this experience.

5.00You must do this experience if you are interested in trying different dishes. Johnny was amazing. I was on a solo trip and it felt like I was walking around with a friend. I left full and satisfied. The food was amazing !

5.00Great experience! Johnny was great, had lots of info on Peru, history and styles of food. We ate at a local restaurant and two market stalls - left very full! Food was great but the local knowledge was just as good! Would recommend if you are interested in traditional Peruvian food and/or keen to try some unique dishes.

5.00Jhonny was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeably about a lot more than just the tour. Touring the market and neighborhood was as interesting as the food. I was very full at the end of the tour—if you take this tour, don’t eat breakfast or lunch!!

5.00I definitely recommend this experience with Jhonny if you like to try new foods. He is very knowledgeable about his country and its food, and if you're open minded enough to overcome the initial visual shock, the food actually tastes amazing.
