5.00Had an amazing time with Moses. He gave us a very thorough overview of the city and listened to our special requests and adapted the tour accordingly. He even tipped us off to two local shops that we loved and felt really special. Don't hesitate to book, it's worth it!

5.00Ray was our guide and he was great! Took us all over the city and gave us so much information about the city and its history. We stopped at a lot of places and really learned a lot. We were booked with him for our tour the following day to Bath and Stonehenge and knew that would also be wonderful and it was.

5.00The excellent experience started well before we even arrived in London. Angela made the entire process so easy. She was very communicative and ensure we knew that she was happy to answer any questions. She directly connected me with Keith, our driver, so the entire handoff was seamless. She left no stone unturned and her prompt and thorough responses to questions was very much appreciated. Before the day of arrival, Keith reached out to me to confirm the meetup point. He made it so easy to connect with him and was also very prompt in responding. Keith is a joy to spend time with. His knowledge of the area, easy going demeanor, and flexibility made the few hour layover tour well worth the time and money. We saw a lot in a short amount of time and Keith orchestrated the plan with perfect timing to get us back to the airport. I 100% recommend Black Taxi Tour London, and specifically Keith, if you want a very interesting and thorough tour of London and surrounding areas. We will be back and I will look for this company and ask for Keith!

We had a few places we wanted to see and Keith made sure we saw everything we had on our list and then some. Thank you for helping our family get into the Christmas spirit. It was a perfect evening.

5.00I absolutely LOVE working with Black Taxi Tour of London! This was my second private tour in 2 years - the first with my daughter and this time around with the hubby. From the booking process to the actual tour it's an amazing experience focused on one thing - making sure we had the best personalized experience possible. First, we were able to select the sites we wanted to see and the tour was built around this. Second, along the way you get extra tidbits which makes it even more exciting, educational and most importantly fun. Last BUT not least I can't say enough good things about our tour guide KEITH! He is the absolute best! Keith is friendly, beyond knowledgeable about key sights and secret little tidbits in London - what a beautiful city. He went above and beyond throughout the tour in so many ways - helping us to get special pictures for our memory book, finding delicious dining options for the time we were in London, pointing out other sites we could see on our own. It must be noted that we didn't for one moment feel rushed and were able to drink it all in. Thank you Keith for another amazing tour with you!!!!
