TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT "We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience." Please show this confirmation voucher to the company representative and the driver on arrival on your phone. The voucher shall have all the necessary information; also keep a copy for your departure. In case of flight changes, delays or any problems, please inform us by replying to the confirmation email (preferred option), as we need everything in writing. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE EQUIPMENT IN ANY WAY WITHIN 2 HOURS OF LANDING THE FLIGHT, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DID NOT SHOW UP (NO SHOW) AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY. (We recommend sending an email or calling us if the lines are long or if you have lost your luggage.) Please check the details of the confirmation slip carefully and make sure everything matches your information (dates, times and any other important data) as errors may occur and we are not responsible if you do not review this information. (If there are any changes, such as lobbying, hotel changes or opening hours, please email us to update the information.) If you have a connecting flight and will not be able to board the scheduled flight to Cancun, you must inform us to rearrange the arrival time of the new flight. If you do not inform us and we are waiting at the airport for the original flight, this will be considered NO SHOW and there may be an additional charge if we have a vehicle available. (If you let us know in advance, it shouldn't be a problem.) If someone from your group arrives on a different flight, it is very important to inform us to schedule the correct airport pickup time. 5.00Our driver Joaquin was amazing! We found him at the airport he immediately took our bags and carried them to the van, offered us cold towels and drinks the whole ride! If I could give more than 5/5 I would!!

5.00Our driver Marco Dominguez was fantastic. He was on time, the vehicle was very clean and we were greeted with cold towels and cold beverages. Marco was very extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this service. We have done private transportation to and from the airport to our hotel and this was the best thus far.

Booking the transportation in advance was very easy and once we arrived they were easy to find at the Cancún airport with a sign with our name and brought us directly to our booked van. Mr Erick greeted us with hand towels and cold beer beverages. The vehicle was extremely clean and Erick was a very friendly and professional driver. This is our second time booking this service from Cancun Airport to Tulum and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Will definitely be using again !
