The tour was really good, and the lady bus driver was very nice. The price was alsoe very cheap, for the amount of time we were on the bus.

Great tour, seen lots of illuminations. Started at central pier, down to south pier then up to north pier past spitfire roundabout and back to central pier to finish. It’s nice to see the illuminations from a different view point. Unfortunately for us the weather was really bad so couldn’t get any clear photos. The only thing I would say, it could do with better signage for meeting point as many customers was wondering what bus stop it was to get on the bus.

Our driver was great, a friendly greeting and kept us informed on things. Most of the tour was spent in really bad traffic, which I know is to be expected, but it does ruin the experience somewhat. Our tour was ruined by a grown woman who insisted on shouting constantly at people walking by in the street. We wouldn't book this again, it was very long and drawn out and a lot of people got off the bus well before the end of the tour. Probably due to boredom!

Lovely lights and great way to see them. Was advertised as 75-90 mins. Was on the bus about 60. The driver was a little manic in his driving at times ,so much so he clipped the kerb at a decent speed causing my mum to hurt her shoulder.

Although it was extremely cold the lights were amazing and worth the ride, it took just under 2 hours so well worth it

We pre booked onto the illuminations tour bus for last night (30th Oct 25). There was myself and 3 children aged 11, 9 and 3. We arrived 10 minutes before the bus was due to set off. The first bus was full, however the kind lady in charge said there was another bus coming next- it arrived within about 5 minutes. The bus we got on wasn’t full. We went and sat at the top and had already prepared to wrap up warm. There was a brief tannoy but sadly wasn’t loud enough for us to hear. The illuminations themselves were great, it was very busy in Blackpool, and it took a long time to get to the end of the long strip. However this was no one’s fault! We then went by LOT of backroads to get to the other side of the illuminations. The bus drive drove at some speed and very recklessly. The other young family on the top also mentioned how fast the driver drove when we weren’t seeing any illuminations. We saw the rest of the illuminations, but again when we weren’t near any illuminations the bus driver drove very fast and also hit a kerb at one point! The tickets said we would be dropped off exactly where we were collected from. This wasn’t the case. No information given by the driver at all throughout the drive.

The bus ride was lovely and nice to spend with family. The illuminations kept going off which was disappointing though. It's worth it.

My little boy sat on the side of the bus where he couldn’t see the lights. We thought that the bus would turn round but it didn’t. We saw a lot of back streets.
