Start your visit to SEA LIFE Blackpool by venturing into the Rock Pools where you will see (and get the chance to touch) both tropical and native creatures such as Starfish, Crabs, Anemones and Cleaner Shrimp. You’ll continue your journey of discovery as you explore the native shorelines of the North West. Take a look into what inhabits our oceans waters, coming close to creatures such as Anemones, Starfish, Crabs, Place, Lobster and Octopus. What to take a stroll down a Quayside?... we have the perfect place! SEA LIFE Quayside area displays some ocean giants such as, Stingrays, Rays, Pollock, Brill and Dogfish. Immerse yourself in the mysterious and graceful world of the stingrays. Meet the beautiful Honeycomb Whiptail Rays, Cownose Rays, Blue Spotted Stingrays and Zebra Sharks as you explore the tropical reef through underwater tunnels. Be careful not to get wet as you venture through their underwater world! A close up and memorable experience you will not want to miss. SEA LIFE Blackpool is incredibly proud of its success' breeding many types of endangered Seahorses. You can see them all along with Lion Fish, Unicorn Fish, Clown Fish and Regal Tangs in Seahorse Kingdom. Take a submarine ride to the depths of the ocean to see some of the deeps beautiful creatures. UFO-like Jellyfish, Puffa Fish, Eels and Tangs are just some of the amazing discovers you will make in this area. Enter a leafy jungle filled with exciting walk through's - but beware, not all the creatures here are friendly! In the depths of the rain forest you will meet, Turtles, Chameleons, Parana, Poison Dart Frogs and Tomato Frogs. The spectacular ocean walk-through tunnel gives you the opportunity to experience life under the sea - without getting wet. SEA LIFE Blackpool are extremely proud of their array of sharks - having bred and raised them for 25 years! In their ocean tank you will see, Black Tip Sharks, White Tip Sharks, Stingrays, Bowmouth Guitar Sharks, Shovel Nose Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Grouper, Vampire Fish and many more fish. New for 2017, Sea Stars! Get up close and personal with a variety of species of these fascinating creatures, including the Brittle Star, Chocolate Knobbed, Common Starfish, Spine Star, Goose Foot Star, Red Knobbed and Sun-Star, which can have up to twelve arms! Housed in a range of impressive displays creating an ocean of dazzling stars, giant windows ensure fantastic visibility. Nice visit to the centre. Great selection of fish. And lovely tanks. We had a really good time however it was really busy so we couldn't complete all the activities that were to offer. So I think they need to look at administration times .

Went to sealife at October half term it was lovely looking at all the tanks but it was rushed it was too busy to look at everything we couldn't pay cash either which was a shame we couldn't get photos or a drink felt disappointed when leaving had a really good experience last time which left us sad on this visit
Better viewing on way back to exit !!

They need to restrict admission numbers. Far too busy. Its a shame as you can't look properly as feel rushed. Most people not even bothered just rushing through with wee ones. No manners either half of them...maybe its just blackpool and others better

My mum and I visit the sea life Centre on 23/10/25. We're enjoy the experience and seeing all the different creatures. However there was no arrows pointing to where we had to go next no one way system we kept ending up back in the same place and getting lost.

This was almost £60 for 2 adults and toddler and what a waste of money it was. Nothing that gave the wow factor. Wouldn’t return.

Absolutely amazing time, and the sea animals were also amazing, there was a talk about the black tip sharks, turtle and fish. At the end you have an area where you can do a VR experience and have a bite to eat and the shop is really good as well.

Loved every second, we got to learn a lot about the sea life and was even given a souvenir, a fossilised shark tooth 🦈 very cool, will definitely be coming back here!

Was brilliant, will definitly be planning a re-visit soon. :) Although would like to more variety of sharks. Would recommend to family and friends. :)
