  Wow! What a great night. Traveled up especially from Essex. Well worth the trip. Carmen the host made the night so welcoming. Great dancing and great fun. All the staff were lovely. Will definitely recommend it and come again.

  

  

• Funny girls 100% worth a visit

  I came during early January.It was a small audience. But the girls danced, sang and worked us until we bled!! Was the first night of the new show and was 100% polished already Our waitress was so attentive and fun. Would totally recommend this as a fun evening out - even if you've been to the show before!!!

  From arriving at the venue, there was no warm welcome. We were shown to our seats where one had to be replaced as was broken. We couldn’t take our coats off as it was so cold. To be fair the whole venue needs an update. Carmen did a great job of hosting the whole evening, she had a smile on her face the whole evening and involved the whole audience. The bar tenders work really hard but most of them looked as if they didn’t want to be there… Apart from the young petite girl who loved to have a dance behind the bar. The jugs of cocktails look far better on the website than in reality! The show itself a lot of effort went into it but some of the story lines were not great. The best one was the finale of disco music.

  This was my second time at Funny Girls and as before, it was just the best night out from the minute we sat down and Jessica came to introduce herself and then looked after us all evening. The show itself was amazing. So professional, funny, glamorous, breathtaking and just brilliant. The costumes were amazing as was the dancing.   I went with a group of friends on New Year's Eve. It has certainly tired since its sparkling Diamond days. The venue would improve with investment in both the structure and production. The sound system seemed to be at full volume and was distorted in the circle. We ended up making ear plugs out of paper towel! Sadly it all was too much and we left before midnight disappointed. In particular those who had seen and loved the show years ago. On a positive note the people standing in the stalls seemed to be having a great time, probably the sound was better. The bar staff were efficient and friendly. The dancers were good, while the drag artists and sets were a bit underwhelming. The DJ between the acts could have been a bit more audience involved and witty. It was my first visit on promises from friends with long memories of an excellent show. Sadly it wasn't

  A brilliant evening at Funny’s, as always! A great way to spend NYE. The production values remain higher than the heels and everyone from Carmen to the cabaret dancers to the floor and bar staff are fabulous. Thanks all and much love for 2026

  I suggested to my wife it would be nice to see the Blackpool lights before Christmas & she said WE'VE GOT TO SEE THE FUNNY GIRLS AS WELL. So we booked at couple of nights in a hotel & booked the Sunday Christmas show at Funny Girls with a pre show meal. WOW' INCREDIBLE & SO FUNNY what a great night we had. The pre show meal was excellant, fantastic quality food ( I had the Christmas dinner ha ha) both in terms of quantity @ quality it was as good as going to a high end restaurant & the service was amazing. The show itself started at about 8.0 pm with our great host RITZY who was very good then the show afterwards was FUNNY, ENERGETIC & INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL. We go to Lanzarote every summer & always go to The Music Hall Tavern which is the funniest night of our holiday BUT the Funny Girls are a completely special show which we would certainly go to see on another evening for a different season show. Rather than go on & on about how great the evening was I must just say "BOOK SOME TICKETS & GO TO THE SHOW" You'll not be disappointed & you'll have an incredibly good evening. Thank you FUNNY GIRLS for a great night & wishing you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS till we meet again.
