Please read the following carefully. • Diagnosed with high blood pressure • Diagnosed with diabetes • Diagnosed with a stroke • Diagnosed with asthma • Diagnosed with respiratory diseases • History of fainting, loss of consciousness, or hyperventilation • Diagnosed with heart, spinal, neck, blood, or ear/nose/throat-related conditions • Diagnosed with epilepsy • Diagnosed with mental illnesses (such as depression) • Diagnosed with arrhythmia • Diagnosed with thyroid conditions • Diagnosed with circulatory system disorders • Diagnosed with lung diseases (such as spontaneous pneumothorax) • Under the influence of alcohol (including hangovers) • Currently taking prescription medication • Experiencing sleep deprivation • Underwent surgery within the past year • Currently pregnant Those aged 55 or older must bring a medical certificate regardless of their medical history. Please note that no refunds will be given if you are denied participation on the day due to medical reasons.
On the day of the tour, it may not be possible to visit the Blue Cave due to wave conditions. In such cases, the tour will be changed to an alternate location with many tropical fish and coral. Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.
The shop is located in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa. If you mistakenly make a reservation thinking we are located on a remote island, the standard cancellation fees will still apply.
The staff are Japanese. Please understand that guidance will be provided using simple English and translation apps.
No refunds will be given in any of the following cases: • Ineligibility to participate on the day due to medical history or being under the influence of alcohol • Cancellations due to changes in the tour location • Late arrival • Any other cancellations due to customer circumstances
For bookings of three or more people, the tour will be private. For bookings of two people or fewer, you may be grouped with other guests depending on availability.
The eligible age for participation is from 3 to 60 years old.

All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

The Famous “Blue Cave” – One of the Most Popular Spots on Okinawa Main Island! Inside the approximately 30-meter-long air dome, sunlight pours in from the entrance, illuminating the clear blue seawater and creating a glowing blue surface. With your Blue Cave Snorkeling Tour, you can experience this mystical and breathtaking seascape. During the tropical fish feeding, you’ll be surrounded by so many fish that you might not even be able to see in front of you! A fully-private tour for groups of 3 or more people! The shop is a completely private tour for reservations of 3 or more people! So you won't have to wait for other customers or the shop's schedule, and you won't be left behind at the beach! Since it's a private tour for one group, you can practice at your own pace! Recommended for those with children or those who are nervous about swimming!

1.00Very disappointed. We had planned my friend and I to discover the blue cave in Onna and we were simply refused to do the activity according to our age. Like we were too old. We are 63 and 64 years old and the maximum age was 65 years indicated on the website. Since no news from TripAdvisor where I explained my dissatisfaction. We wanted and that’s the least we could get back! But to date no answer. I would not recommend this site!

5.00Our guide Kazuki was great! Over our 45 minute experience he showed us different sites and while also being flexible with our abilities! (I can’t swim for context) Overall great time and would definitely do it again!

1.00We were excited to book this excursion as we had read so much about it. However when we got to location their was a language gap with providers which we were used to being in Japan but google translate helped. However my wife misread the medical release form and thought she had to note all medical prescriptions she had ever taken including past prescriptions. When we turned paperwork in, the provider in broken english asked if she had high blood pressure and my wife said no but she had taken prescriptions 10 years ago for it but currently did not have too. This was done through google translate. Young man told her she could not go via google translate again and my wife explained again that she was fine and that we had snorkled all over the world without ever bei g told we could not go because of medical. They basically said sorry you can’t go and asked if I wanted to go without her. I told them that I would not go without her and asked for a refund which I was told again through their google translate that one would be issue backstage. I understand liabilities and policies but this was clearly a miscommunication and even though we tried to communicate that, they would not have it and would not let us go. Now they are communicating back to us that no refund will be issued because site clearly states that “no refund will be issued for medical reasons”. Not impressed with their customer service nor their refund policy. Will not use this service again.
