Embark on a thrilling adventure to one of Albania’s most mesmerizing natural wonders—the Blue Eye.After arriving near the national park, we take a scenic 3-minute walk to the kayak dock, where you will receive all the necessary equipment and a brief introduction.
Our journey begins as we paddle through the crystal-clear waters of the Blue Eye Lake, surrounded by untouched nature and breathtaking landscapes. You'll have plenty of time to soak in the serenity of the area, take a refreshing dip in the pristine waters, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Once we anchor the kayaks, we continue our adventure on foot, following a picturesque trail leading to the famous Blue Eye spring. You'll have free time to capture stunning photos, enjoy a coffee, or simply take in the magical surroundings.

What To Expect
The Blue Eye
Start with pickup from a meeting point that is convenient-located in the city center of Sarande. Hop onboard a climate-controlled van and take in the beauty of the Albanian countryside on the scenic drive to the Blue Eye spring parking area. Have plenty of free time to take the 15-minute walk to the spring, walk along the edge of the turquoise water,and soak up the verdant natural surroundings. Spend your time dipping your feet in the refreshing water,purchasing a cup of coffee to sip, or capturing pictures. Return to your meeting point in Sarande withunforgettable memories of Blue Eye spring.
From there we can create an idea how big is the city of Sarande. Great view for pictures.

5.00Great trip! Makes travelling so easy and you see lovely sights. The information was also very interesting and the guides were very helpful. Be aware that you will kayak without a waterproof bag and take all your things with you so you should bring your own if possible. The kayaking was very easy and we didn't fall in!

1.00We never found the meeting point after walking for over an hour! They should have been able to pick us up at the port not ask you to walk in a town you don’t know where you are going. Very disappointed!!!

5.00Excellent tour, well organized. Nice stop with some history to explore the outside of Lekursi castle (inside is a restaurant now) followed by kayaking the river near the Blue eye. Short walk after kayaking to visit the Blue eye, which is spectacular! Train ride back to the van. Lots of free time at each spot to relax or explore on our own.
Recommended. A really nice half day trip.

5.00The trip is definitely worth his money. The organization is top, schedule is adhered to. Our guide was easy to understand in English and had interesting information. The castle, which is not to be visited anyway because it is now only used as an event location, is only kept for half an hour for the view and photos. The real highlight we found the leisurely kayak ride. The Blue Eye is a natural spectacle worth seeing. It's a shame some people don't follow the bathing ban. We were there on a weekday in mid-September when the crowd of visitors was not so strong.

3.00Very nice driver and guide. Castle view is excellent. Kayak experience ok but no life jackets. Getting in and out of kayak hard and the berries are not safe. Lovely views. The bridges around the Blue Eye need to be repaired as some have wooden blanks missing where a child or adult could trap their foot. The concrete road and train sort of spoil the beauty of the Blue Eye making it just another money making tourist attraction with tacky gift shops and men getting g you to pay for a scooter to get to the attraction. Blue Wye is a 5 minute attraction with hoards of people trying to climb up dangerous steps to a platform to take a picture.

5.00A super fun excursion that takes you to almost all the sights in the area. Just the right amount of time is allocated for each spot. The kayaking is especially fun! There's almost no current, making it a fun activity for (almost) everyone. And not to forget: a super fun and excellent guide!

5.00It was a great experience visiting Blue Eye by kayak,we started with a short visit of Lekursi Castle followed by Blue Eye lake and than BlueEye spring visit. Worth it.
