This is an amazing place, movie!!! It is located in Ocho Rios, so we set off from Montego Bay where our hotel was the Riu Montego Bay in a minivan, a trip appreciating a beautiful landscape, continuously climbing the mountain, our guide only spoke English! We hired this tour privately to do Blue Hole and Luminous Lagoon and another day we went to the Hard Rock of Montego Bay to spend the day and then to a shopping, we are 4 people and so it was a beautiful tour until we reached Blue Hole. Ta in Blue Hole our eyes couldn't believe what we saw, the beauty of that place is unmatched, you can't believe!!! It's pure adventure and fun. I'd come back safe again.

Met Mr. Pugh at Doctor's Cave Beach and his pleasant personality and knowledge of all things Jamaican immediately pulled us in. He made great restaurant recommendations punctuated by a recommendation that we visit the Blue Hole. He was professional, punctual, very personable and reasonably priced. When arriving at the Blue Hole, he made sure we were well taken care of, I had a broken wrist but was able to participate in almost everything due to the specific guide he selected for us. I am recommending his services to a friend who is planning her destination wedding in Jamaica, as I know he'll take good care of her.

Fortunately for us, we had a "chance encounter" with Mr. Pugh during his daily swim at the beach one morning. He graciously shared information and restaurant tips on the surrounding area of our hotel. Little did we know that he also owned a tour company. We decided to take the "Blue Hole" tour and couldn't have enjoyed it more! It was a delightful and beautiful day at the waterfall. The environment is nature at it's finest, just spectacular. We ended the excursion with great Jamaican fare. YUM! Thanks, Mr. Pugh.

My friends and I met Mr. Pugh on Doctor's Cave Beach during a morning swim. He was pleasant, polite and very informative. Although we've traveled to Jamaica many times and had no intention of leaving the beach on our 5-day respite, he convinced us that we needed to see the Blue Lagoon -- but not before giving us the 4-1-1 on local dining. All of his recommendations were right on the money! We agreed to take the tour and what a treat it was. We're mature ladies with a variety of physical challenges (one friend had recently broken her wrist) and Mr. Pugh provided us with an able-bodied guide (who also happened to be easy on the eyes) to traverse the waterfall and enjoy all that the Blue Lagoon has to offer. Reasonably priced and not overly time-consuming, the excursion was definitely the highlight of our trip! Kudos to Mr. Pugh for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend his service and would explore more of Jamaica with his guidance in the future.

If you want great advice about where to eat ( if you want authentic Jamaican food) Mr. Pugh is an excellent resource! And while we could have stayed on the beach all day long we’re glad he recommended The Blue Hole. He made sure we went to the right place ( there are “tour guides” who may direct you to less desirable places) and that we had a great guide while there. The trip could not have been better...The Blue Hole is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip there and back.
