5.00Book with Jakob! He was superb! From communicating with us before our flight’s departure to offering helpful advice and even suggesting a great spot for a photo with a volcano! We couldn’t have asked for more! He met us at the arrivals hall, immediately took out bags off our hands (welcome after a long flight)! Took us to Blue Lagoon and then to the hotel after. My husband and felt so comfortable we both fell asleep in the car with the kids. The icing on the cake was that when we stopped to take photos of a volcano, not only did he take our photos, but Jakob had a Polaroid camera that he used to take a photo of our family and the kids got to watch the image appear! Truly an excellent first experience in Iceland. He took great care of us!
