We meet our customers at a range of convenient pickup locations across Sydney between 7 to 7.30am. During the booking process, please select your preferred pickup location at checkout, or alternatively, send us a message via your booking platform to confirm your choice. Our meeting points include major hotels such as PARKROYAL Darling Harbour (150 Day St), Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (161 Elizabeth St), Sir Stamford at Circular Quay (93 Macquarie St), Four Seasons Hotel Sydney (199 George St), Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour (12 Darling Dr), Mercure Sydney (820 George St), and Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay (30 Pitt St).
Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per Viator guidelines.
The ferry from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes around 40–45 minutes. Ferry fares are not included. Guests must pay for their own ticket and arrange transport from the terminal to their accommodation. Please note: cash is not accepted — a valid credit or debit card is required.

He was well informed and kept flexible adapting to the weather, successfully predicting where it is worth to go to avoid fog in the mountains for clear views on the insanely beautiful scenery. The guide was well prepared, knowing the name of everyone on the trip from the beginning.

5.00Excellent trip. Very new, clean, comfortable minibus. Our guide Rocky was obviously passionate about what he does and very keen to ensure his clients have the best experience possible. This includes flexibility within the itinerary to make the most of the weather conditions, and going over and above when something was left on the bus at the end of the tour.

5.00We had the pleasure of going on our Blue Mountain journey with Rocky. He is outstanding, passionate and goes the extra mile. The Sydney Tours Group encourages their team to adapt and create the best experience that is possible for their customers. I say this because our trip was on the rainiest day of our entire trip. Sydney actually experienced major floods. We got out to the Blue Mountains and the views were mostly of clouds. But Rocky got creative and we made the best of it. He took us around to another side of the mountain, we ate in a local place in a small town area and we actually walked through an authentic "raining" rain forest. The waterfall with the rain was at its peak too. He kept us entertained and informed. We loved Featherdale and being so close to the animals. If we had been with another group or a large group we would have just gone to the places on the list and had to rush and been very disappointed. Sydney Top Tours definitely made it a great excursion day. If they can do that in bad weather conditions and traffic challenges, then I know on a pretty day they would exceed any expectations and more. We appreciate the extra mile effort and thank them for an amazing day!!!!
