We were impressed with being able to book online the night before and receiving the confirmation and necessary information later that night. The best part of the trip was being part of a small group of eleven, combined with a very helpful and very knowledgeable driver Ian. When you have a guide showing enthusiasm in their job, and being helpful to everyone, the trip became more enjoyable compared to previous larger bus tours we've been on with other companies.

Great day trip to cover the beautiful Blue Mountains area without having to worry about driving so that you can take in the views.

The trip was very much worth traveling. It was a spontaneously planned trip for me by booking at around 10pm the night before. Despite that, the arrangement was successfully made. The nature I witnessed there was incredibly beautiful and vast. I felt like I was getting healthier just by being present in the woods. Our guide, Ian, was a friendly gentleman throughout the day giving us clear information of meeting points and time, and driving us safely. The weather wasn't the best when we went to see the three sisters. However, Ian made sure that we could see the three sisters by flexibly readjusting the schedule when the fogs cleared out. I recommend this trip to anyone who wants to travel comfortably and make some memorable pictures. Cheers!

A full day of experiencing the best of the Blue Mountains with no actual planning of your own. The itinerary, the transportation, the tickets, and the timing, all sorted out. I thought it was a great value at its price. Our guide, Ian, was awesome! He was fun, friendly and professional. It was all top tier.

Our guide Jacky was great. We had wet and foggy weather but still enjoyed the day. We had plenty of time to enjoy the places we visited. There were options and flexibility. I didn’t find the vehicle as comfortable as I’d hoped. The value of this tour was having a small group, a friendly and experienced guide, a flexible itinerary, hotel pickup and drop off, and enough to do even in bad weather. We loved it.

It was a wonderful tour with our guide Ian. He was super helpful and very patient from the minute. A cool guide makes the tour fantastic and Ian was that guide. Best spots for photographs, Lunch suggestions, local shopping inputs - everything was brilliant by Ian.

Full day activity with long ride to Blue Mountains. Small van let the driver get us close to attraction with having to wait for 50 people to get off and on the bus. Small van was the way to go! Great time of year due to not being high season

The tour had both positive and negative aspects. The van was well-maintained, the driver was attentive, the stops were strategically planned and timely, and the overall Blue Mountain experience is highly recommended for any visitor. However, despite the driver’s commendable nature and attentiveness, his continuous talking from the very beginning of the tour was disruptive. From Sydney to the Blue Mountains, the driver engaged in an hour-long monologue, asking questions that were not posed by the passengers, giving answers to the questions, and then elaborating on the tour’s competitors and how much better his company is compared to others. Occasionally, the microphone’s quality prevented us from fully comprehending his words. The driver’s rambling nature was particularly noticeable during the long major highway driving. To address this issue, I raised it confidentially to him at the first stop. While it was challenging for the driver to accept, there was some noticeable reduction in his excessive talking during the remainder of the trip. Additionally, the driver exhibited inconsistent acceleration on the van's accelerator. He would accelerate, then remove his foot, and repeat this process repeatedly. This was particularly evident on major highways, and did not make for a peaceful drive. In conclusion, while the driver was a genuine gentleman and a kind individual, providing him with training, guidance from his company, and effective content management would significantly enhance the overall pleasure and enjoyment for the passengers.
