  These guys are the absolute best. I have been to Grand Turks 5 times now, about to be 6 and every single time they are outstanding!!!! From thier directions, to any questions you may have to the safety. They are professional, personable, friendly and safety is always thier priority. I can't recommend these guys enough and this has become tradition for me in Grand Turks now.   Very great experience!! They day we went the waves were really roughy but they were able to take us to different location to still ensure that we would be able to ride an to ensure our safety..Thankyou BMC!!

  The crew was fun, friendly, and helped give us a great time even though the weather wasn't. Since it was rocky on the ocean, they drove us around the island and to an estuary that was calm. Would recommend them again!

  This excursion was top notch! They were very organized and went above and beyond for our excursion! They were very personable and professional. I would highly recommend BMC watersports! Emmanuel was AWESOME! The jet ski excursion was the highlight at Grand Turk! Thank you to BMC Watersports for a fabulous time!

  DO NOT RENT JETSKIS FROM THESE THUGS. THEY WILL LIE AND SAY YOU DAMGED THE JETSKI TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. Paid for 1 hour ended up paying for a new paint job for there ski that was already in deplorable condition

  We were told that we would first be guided out into the water and then have time to ride around. That did not happen! We were taken out into the ocean and back to the shore in under 20 mins when we paid for 30 mins. The guide also made it very difficult for others to keep up as the waves and weather wasn't the best but that was not an excuse to the disorganization my group experienced.

  We were supposed to go jet skiing in the sea next to where our cruise ship was docked. The seas were very choppy that day so the tour guides messaged us that they would pick us up from the port and take us to another spot. They took us to the north creek, where we parked we couldn’t see anything but once we walked over the hill we were welcomed with the most fantastic views of the creek, the inlet and the sea. They took us from a sandbank along the inlet into the creek, it was phenomenal! The creek was very big with lots of room to enjoy. There were shipwrecks in various locations that made the tour breathtaking. The tour guides Emanuel, Cameron and Nehemiah were so friendly, engaging and dedicated to what they were doing. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience thanks to the guys, even more so enjoyed this creek than if we had ended up on the sea I think. Cannot thank them enough

  Enjoyed the trip in the beginning even though they were not organized and rude at times. At one point the guide was giving me my hat that flew off and called another jet ski over (a family member in our group) to tell them not to go past an area. The reverse didn't work and they went into my jet ski and put a hole. I understand protecting your investment, but the reverse didn't work when they were called over. They told us where the reverse was when they showed us the jet ski controls. When you hit the reverse, it went forward, that is why it hit us. When we got back they told us we had to pay even though they admitted that there equipment was faulty and the red jet ski doesn't reverse. After we said we shouldn't have to pay the manager called one of the bosses. When he arrived, he told us don't worry and we could go after we explained. After that another car pulled up and 2 guys got out with one holding a stick (picture attached) demanding we pay. They called the cops who took their side. We ended up paying as we were not going to jail while on vacation. Long story short...don't do business with them and if their is damage, they will "bully" you into paying as they will come to you holding a stick. The officers didn't even care about the stick, just said we signed a waiver. Customer service receives a 0. Red jet ski no reverse and green one (that they still kept on using) had the hole.
