  I did this tour with my husband and 3 kids. It was the first time we ever came to Niagara and it was absolutely epic!! Robby was so kind to show us the best spots. You can truly tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about the people on his tour. He was incredibly patient with our kids, answered every single question we had, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Robby put so much effort into making the tour special and personal. He didn’t rush us at all and took us to all the perfect picture spots with the most breathtaking views of Niagara Falls. He even helped us take family photos so we could actually enjoy the moment together instead of worrying about getting pictures ourselves. Every photo turned out amazing thanks to him! Robby was also extremely knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and history about Niagara that we never would have known otherwise. He made everything fun and engaging, even for the kids, which is hard to do sometimes on tours. My children absolutely loved him. The Skylon Tower views were absolutely stunning and the boat cruise experience was beyond words. Seeing the falls up close was magical. If you are visiting Niagara Falls for the first time, I honestly cannot recommend this tour enough. It was one of the best family experiences we’ve ever had and a memory we will cherish forever. Thank you so much Robby for making our first Niagara trip so special and unforgettable. We will absolutely recommend this tour to all our family and friends and will definitely book again when we come back!

  We had such an amazing experience on this tour, and a huge reason for that was our tour guide, Robby. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything on the tour was exactly as described.. the Skylon Tower views were breathtaking, the boat cruise was unforgettable, and the walking tour itself was so enjoyable because Robby made it fun, interesting, and easy for everyone to follow along. He shared so much history and so many facts about Niagara Falls!! What really touched us the most was how kind and genuine he was throughout the entire experience. At one point during the tour I wanted to buy something but my card wasn’t working properly. Robby kindly paid for it for me so I wouldn’t miss out, and I gave him the money back once we got back to the hotel. That small act of kindness truly meant so much and showed the kind of person he is. He went above and beyond the entire day, checking on everyone and making sure nobody felt left behind, helping with pictures, answering questions, and just making the whole experience feel personal instead of “just another tour.” You can really tell he cares about people and wants everyone to have a memorable time. We left the tour feeling so happy and thankful. Niagara Falls itself is beautiful, but having a guide like Robby made the experience even more special and unforgettable. If you are thinking about booking this tour, do it, and if you get Robby as your guide, you are very lucky! Thank you again, Robby, for your kindness, patience, and for making our trip such a beautiful memory. We truly appreciated everything you did for us.

  Not quite what I was expecting. I met the guide at the Skylon where he handed me a ticket and sat at Starbucks while I went up to the observation deck by myself. I took a couple of photos of the falls, and came back down about 10 mins later where we got in a van and he drove me to where the boat cruise was. To be fair, he did spend about 10 mins driving around the block giving a very brief 10 min talk, but that’s literally it. A quick chat on the way to the boat. Oh, and he did point out a couple of restaurants after I asked for recommendations. Then he dropped me off at the boat dock, handed me a ticket, and pointed in the direction I needed to walk to get back to my hotel when I was done and then he just left me there. No waiting, no ride back. There was no indication in the booking that we wouldn’t be returned to the starting location. I have physical and cardiac conditions that made that return walk extremely strenuous and dangerous, especially that steep hill. For $80, you’re better off and cheaper to book the tickets for the events yourself especially if you’re going to end up walking yourself anyway.

  This was such a seriously great experience from start to finish! My girls and I went on this tour and we were blown away by how perfect everything was. The tour guide was absolutely amazing, so polite, so friendly, and genuinely accommodating the entire time. He made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions with patience, and even went out of his way to take photos for us so we could capture the memories without worrying about our phones. Honestly, he took some of the best pictures of our trip! The views were just breathtaking every single stop had something beautiful to see, and the guide made sure we had enough time to really enjoy each moment instead of rushing us along. He also shared so many interesting facts and stories that made the experience even more memorable. It’s honestly one of the best tours I’ve ever been onn, very fun, relaxing, well-organized, and just the right mix of sightseeing and local culture. My friends and I couldn’t stop talking about it afterward, and we agreed that this will definitely be one of those memories we look back on for years. If you’re considering booking, do it. You won’t regret it.
