2.00An unforgettable experience, but...... be very careful!!!!!!! My girlfriend and I were looking for a water activity, and we decided to go snorkeling. We asked the hotel where we were staying, and they recommended this place to us. Here it started to sound strange, the first day he told us that it cost 35 JOD each without a boat trip and 45 JOD with it. The next day I asked for more information and they told us that we could snorkel, take the 4-5 hour boat trip, with food included for 35 JOD each, and that was it, even though I insisted if there were other activities and prices. . After thinking about it and comparing prices with other places we decided to go, and we paid at the hotel. They picked us up, took us to the diving center, and from there to the boat. When we boarded, a man, who seemed to be the boss of the company, introduced himself to us very kindly and recommended that we do diving, since it would seem easier since we didn't have to worry about breathing and we were going with a monitor, and since we were going to lose that opportunity. In the end, the three couples that were going decided to try diving. The day was great, without incidents, the food was delicious and the diving experience was phenomenal, which was about 5-10 minutes. My girlfriend and I did a dive, although she had to leave because she didn't control the pressure in her ears well. After this, we picked up and were taken to the port and from there to the diving center. To our surprise, when we arrived they told us that for each dive we had to pay 60 JOD (approximately €80), and that they were giving us a discount, which normally charges 80 JOD (approximately €110). The Dutch student couple and we were shocked. We knew that diving was expensive, but it seemed excessive to us, the normal price is around €50-60, and for that price you can do several dives and give 2-3 hour courses dedicated exclusively to diving, something more consistent with what it says. in his web page. After an argument with the head of the business, we ended up paying for my dive since my girlfriend couldn't dive (she also wanted to charge us at first) and the Dutch couple argued with this man and with those from his hotel, since they didn't even At no time did they tell us that we had to pay an extra per dive and on their website the price they report is €109 per person, which includes the boat trip, drinks and food and two dives, nothing like the €130 In total they wanted to charge each of us for a single 10 min dive. In the end we had a bittersweet experience and left feeling like we were a fraud for tourists, and that they took advantage of you.

5.00Really professional setup. The flippers and snorkeling gear was very good. The snorkeling tour guide was really patient and if any issues in the group, he would help them. The shipwreck was amazing and the Japanese garden had a range of fish.

5.00We have booked a number of dive packages in various countries, but the tour with Hammerhead clearly stood out in every aspect. The team is just great, very experienced and accommodating. Everything including the boat, equipment and on-board service is top-notch. Highly recommend diving with them!

5.00We chose this centre because it is the only CMAS recognised centre. Only happiness for our course to get our 2nd star ⭐️. Beyond formal instruction and uncompromising safety, the fun of diving remains there. Everyone and very considerate and the Service is perfect. The buffet on the boat and very good and hearty, in addition to tea and snacks available. The distribution of towel, on the boat, at the exit of the water pleasantly surprised us. Our instructor Thaer is very professional in both pedagogical and safety and knows his material perfectly. He listens and adapts in all circumstances. Good bubbles, everyone. We chose this center, because it is the only one recognized CMAS. What happiness for our course to obtain our 2nd star ⭐️. Beyond the formal instruction and safety without appeal, the fun of diving remains at the appointment. People are very kindness and the Service is perfect. The buffet on the boat is very good and copious, in addition to the tea and snacks. The distribution of towels, on the boat, at the exit of the water pleasantly surprised us.
