James the shuttle driver provided so much useful background about how Boeing was created and the history. The tour itself was interesting to see such a vast space and the work being done. Surprised at how worthwhile this was to do.

Exceeded it. Pretty astounding process, and super knowledgeable and friendly and caring tour guides. The design of the cranes and their functions were very interesting.

Our bus driver, James, provided excellent commentary on the way to the factory and was very well organized. His knowledge and own enthusiasm for Boeing and Seattle was exceptional. Likewise, our tour guide Joe, at the Boeing factory made the tour a truly memorable experience.

Multiple vehicle transfers. Photo opportunities are only from the bus. Use your time at the end wisely, don’t spend it all in the gift shop. Driver was very knowledgeable.

Pick up was on time and our driver, Matthew, was very welcoming, friendly and entertaining. Safe drive to Everett where he gave us a clear brief on the how the tour would work. The tour lasts 90 mins and was conducted by one of the Boeing plant tour guides. We felt the first 15 mins was waisted as we waited in an auditorium for late arrivals to join the party. The tour guide seemed intent on boring us in this period. Once we got going however the assembly plant tour was fascinating. The sheer scale of what you see is hard to comprehend. All in all an enjoyable excursion with only a minor criticism. The convenience of a pick up from and return to the city centre was a big plus.

Our tour guide is very nice when he drives us all the way to the place, gives us clear instructions, and save up some time in other places at Boeing other than the tour to explore! By the way, I love how he sounds polite to us when he’s talking, not intimidating

This was a tour recommended to me and it was well worth it. The guide was wonderful explaining and pointing out areas along the bus route that took us to and from the Boeing tour. The tour on the premises itself is operated by Boeing which is understandable given the subject matter. The tour office personnel were extremely accommodating and helpful. I had a cruise to join when the tour date was originally given but I was told to call back and check if the tour would be given a day earlier which it was! They switched my reservation easily and everything worked out well. This is a definite recommendation.
