The bus driver, Elvis, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, making the journey both engaging and enjoyable. The tour itself is fantastic, offering stunning views of the Boeing hangar and work area. We were hoping for just a bit more, though.

The Boeing tour was great, but can be done much cheaper with public transportation. I had no choice because Viator cancelled my tour with less than 20 hours notice. I believe they should pay me the same $125 penalty they would have assessed me for less than 24 hours notification.

James was good tour guide. He gave us a lot of information before and after of the main boeing factory tour. Unfortunately, I had a jet-lag problem so missed some of good lecture in the beginning. However, it was really great to learn about how to assemble the boeing 777X, 787 airbus while watching them. Furthermore, the guide from Boeing factory also gave us all the explanations about military aircraft too. I hesitated before booking because I already visited the flight museum so it would be the same. However, this was a lot better. Since the location of the boeing factory is not good, definitely going there by tour is a lot more comfortable and price is more reasonable.

The Boeing tour was a great insight into how a jet airliner is built. It was impressive to see the size and scale of the facility. James, our tour guide was not only informative, but funny and pointed out all the landmarks and interesting facts about the ride to and from the tour. One caution, no electronics are allowed during the formal plant tour, so pack light. James stored our items in a locker for safe keeping. All in all fantastic tour and a great experience James went the extra mile.
