5.00Get ready to eat (and drink) like never before! We were so full by the end of the tour that we could only manage dessert at dinner later that night. The tour guide Stefania was absolutely incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy. This was hands down one of the highlights of our time in Bologna, and we’d jump at the chance to do another tour with them anywhere. Don’t miss it!

5.00We had a wonderful day with Stephania. The van was comfortable and clean, there were only 4 guests so it was easy to hear the tour comments and to be heard. The five stops were well paced, never felt rushed. All of the food- Parmigiana, meats, balsamico, Lambrusco wine and lunch were very good and plentiful. We did not need dinner that night! A great way to spend a cold and gray winter day! Would book with this company again. Gratzie!

5.00It was a great experience to know how the most famous products of the Emilia-Romagna region and Italy do it! I loved the cheese factory, from seeing the cows, how they make the product, the wineries to the tasting. The aceto was a total discovery, so many years, so much work, so much love put into an exquisite product and that I had never tasted, a real balsamic aceto, delicious and super interesting. The wine factory and its tasting was very entertaining knowing the crops of the grasparossa grape, the process, the machinery, the final product. Exquisite types of lambrusco. Stephenie was a super cute and attentive guide, always giving information, extra to what they give in the establishments. The final meal I enjoyed very much, it was really a great tour and a great one, I had fun, I learned and above all I ate and ate!! Highly recommended!

5.00Excellent tour consisting of a visit to three places Parmesan Factory, Belsemy Factory and Labrusco Factory. The guide Stephanie is charming and explaining great, the tastes were stunning. We got coffee and croissants, lots of flavors of parmesan cheese and grizzlies and lunch at the end.

1.00We do not recommend this tour operator. They informed us after we paid over $500, that there were insufficient people for the tour to go forward - unfortunately. But then they made us cancel the tour ourselves to avoid having a record of cancelling tours themselves. Not very ethical.

5.00I’ll admit I was a little worried about the price but all mine concerns disappeared immediately, the day turned out to be incredible from start to finish! The atmosphere was lively, the schedule ran smoothly, and every stop offered something memorable. We began at a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where watching the cheesemakers at work was like stepping into a culinary workshop, we had a great tasting of different ages. The balsamic vinegar experience was a true highlight. Learning about the centuries-old traditions and tasting the rich, authentic flavors was an eye opener. The Lambrusco's celler, an amazing old villa, tasted increcible wine and many different types. The gran finale was an amazing lunch at local restaurant where we had the best pasta that we ever had. If you love great food, culture, and unforgettable memories, this experience is worth every moment. Just come hungry and ready for a full day, you won’t leave disappointed!

5.00Hands down, the best tour in Bologna! We learned so much while exploring the fascinating processes behind Parmigiano Reggiano, traditional balsamic vinegar, and Lambrusco wine, and had an absolute blast doing it. Stefania was a fantastic guide; a local expert and her deep knowledge made the experience both educational and entertaining! I’ll admit I was a little hesitant about the length of the tour, since our time in Bologna was limited, but it turned out to be so worth it. The warmth and hospitality of all the factories were unique and the entire lunch tat the local restaurant made the day even more memorable!! Overall, it was the perfect mix of fun, learning, and incredible food!
