What To Expect
Spend a leisurely morning or afternoon visiting the best snorkeling locations around the lagoon of Bora Bora. During this 3.5 hour cruise, you will stop at 3 or 4 different locations where your crew will aim to show you manta rays, eagle rays, natural coral gardens, moray eels, barracuda and all sorts of tropical fish, everything that the lagoon can offer on the day of the tour. All snorkeling equipment and towels are provided as well as water, soft drinks and a light snack. Pick up from and drop off to your resort is also included. Maximum 6 guests on board.

5.00We booked a private half day snorkeling tour with Vincent and ended up coming back for a second one on our last morning because he was that good. He’s a local Frenchman who knows these waters inside and out, and his mix of competence, humor, and passion made the experience unforgettable. He struck the perfect balance for us: patient and accommodating for nervous swimmers, yet still exciting and adventurous for more confident ones. Each stop felt customized, not only to the conditions but to us. Vincent even went out of his way to help us find everything on our wish list, from chasing rays to more remote colorful coral gardens to a huge moray eel. Spending the day on the lagoon with him felt effortless and fun. It was easily the highlight of our trip.

5.00My husband and I had an amazing (really: amazing!) morning with Captain Matt. It was nice to have a private half day snorkeling tour, just the two of us. Matt took us to four interesting and different spots, so we got a range of things to see: spectacular fish, colorful coral, and a few different types of rays. Our last stop was the opportunity to see a mantra ray or two and we got lucky and saw three of these beauties. We were so darned excited, and Matt was excited for us. He made the trip interesting, informative, and 100% memorable. Pick this company…you won’t be disappointed. (We picked this company because our neighbors raved about them when they visited Bora Bora a few years ago—we’ll take their suggestions again in the future!)

5.00Superb experience for our family with kids ages 3 and 7. Wonderful snorkeling with beautiful manta rays, eagle rays, coral gardens, and even a side trip to see the dolphins. David explained everything beautifully and even personally guided each little girl. Wow!

5.00Amiee and David were wonderful hosts. Their boat is new from the USA and is a pleasure to ride in and is very comfortable. David took us to snokeling locations where tourists seldom go. We got to swim with 3 manta rays in 1 location. In another location, he found a group of 17 eagle rays in a pod. We swam in and around them. He took us to the Coral Gardens to snorkel as well. David got in the water and snorkeled with us. He pointed and explained what we were observing. This was a very exciting day that we will never forget! I highly recommend H2O Bora Bora! Hire them! They are great!
