We bought a 2-day pass and the first day went well with buses available at reasonable wait times. On the second day, there were no buses we could find after waiting at locations over 20 minutes. Other buses found were "chartered" and not for other riders. We could not access a bus at all on the second day and we were very upset.

My wife and I enjoyed the story telling and sites from the comfort of the warm trolly. The conductors were informative as well as helpful to answer questions and to convey the local history (Funny, and serious). While we understand the need to maintain expertise and expectations on routes, the only downside was the less than perfect transfer from trolly to trolly. We gained some great knowledge and our walks took us to some great landmarks in US History. Thank you.

You cannot track the trolleys. Therefore you never know when one is close to pickup stop. We were told every 20-30 mins a trolley comes by. We waited 50 mins in the freezing cold for the trolley to pick us up

Great way to see the city. The stop/pickup locations could be better marked for easier access. Perhaps an app would be useful to show locations in real time.
