It took too long for the trolley to arrive after we departed our shop. Otherwise it was a wonderful tour.

Informative drivers, good way to see Boston. Problem is that there weren’t enough trolleys, so there were excessive wait times at some of the pickup points. Instead of waiting, we actually walked a half mile back to our hotel.

Too many riders; not enough seats; poor PA system - even if the driver spoke clearly, you couldn't hear, and most of the drivers were not speaking clearly!

I love Old Town Trolley Tours and have done them in a number of cities. However, I was disappointed in this one due to the driver/guide. He told really bad jokes and was not as professional as other guides I have had.

Driver’s commentary is fun and informative but can be very loud. Can be long waits for trolleys as traffic heavy at times. Big problem with seat pitch on some trolleys, seem to be set up for kids more than adults and not very well padded for ageing backsides. The city is worth visiting though.
