The tour guides were fantastic. Some sort of tracker of the buses would be helpful to maximizing time at the stops especially when it’s especially cold/hot out.

Overall, a great experience on the shuttle. Saw a lot of the city of Boston on the shuttle. Would do it again!

Such a great and fun way to see Boston. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and provide a great experience. The freedom to get off and sight see and then get back on makes it that much better.

We got on one bus, did 2 stops then at stop 1 we had to get off and get on another bus and wait for 30 min to start back up. Never had to experience this before.. Maybe because it was winter, fewer buses running, etc but who wants to sit on a waiting bus for 30 min. Also the driver/ tour guide did not have much of a personality to keep your attention

We heard the same information on every tour we did and we were just stuck in traffic. Got pushed in crowd tripped and broke my finger. Not worth the aggravation.

The Hop on hop off Trolly’s did not come every 20-30 minutes. It was a total waste of money and we paid for the 2 day experience. We actually got picked up only once because we would’ve spent the day waiting and had to take Lyfts. I recommend just taking Lyfts more reliable and gets you places without making you wait and wait.

The best way to get to know Boston in a few hours, and get off at favorite places. Spectacular experience, recommended!

We took the hop-on hop-off trolley tour on a cold December day and overall it was OK but not great. We used 4 trolleys during the day, 3 for sections of the City Loop and one for the Back Bay Loop. A lot depends on your trolley (2 of them had no heating and were bitterly cold) and your driver/guide. We had one who was really excellent, I think called Charming, who took us on the Bay Bay Loop and got a good tip. Two on the City Loop were OK, not great; and one, the last trolley of the day, who was positively offensive: sarcastic and snarky, putting on a ridiculous Irish accent and telling us (for example) that in "his view" Paul Revere is overrated, etc. As his trolley was also one of the unheated ones, we could hardly wait for our stop to get off. There are several trolley companies offering similar tours; I might try another one next time.

The overall tour was informative and what was expected. The tour drivers had great humor and made the tour not only interesting but fun. However, the beginning of the tour was very confusing from the start. Found our way to the tour office. They did not explain appropriately about the different tour colors which only did some areas of Boston. Or that we would have to transfer at some point. Our understanding was that we would board one bus and stay on it for all 13 stops. Once we were on and did one loop and transfer, it was more clear. They break up the tour into geographic areas so if you are doing all 13 stops, and you board a bus that does a smaller tour, you have to change at some point. Hope that helps.
