It was definitely an experience! This was driver's first day on job, did not speak English well, very difficult to understand, but very nice; not a good driver, ran off the road once, drove wrong way on a one way lane in parking lot. Missed a turn off had to do a U-turn to go back to distillery. Driving very slow in fast lane on interstate. The Odyssey van was older and not comfortable for 7 passengers, especially for the guests in the third row getting in and out. The distilleries were good, there is not a designated stop for lunch. Some distilleries have food, but not all. We were on a very strict time line, this is NOT a custom tour, there is no deviating! Hiring an Uber would've been better. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture...

Our driver Marjorie worked tiredlessly to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We got a late start due to other travelers being late. She worked diligently to make up the time.

The distilleries were great. The only downside was that we couldn’t understand the driver when she spoke.

DO NOT use this tour company. Our tour was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. The driver was a no show so we called the driver. There was no answer for over an hour. We called Viator and they suggested we just wait for at least an hour because they couldn't reach the driver or the tour company. Finally, after an hour the driver texted us. I tried calling, but his voicemail wasn't set up and there was no answer. My husband and I continued to call the tour company, but they wouldn't answer either. Eventually the tour company texted us but they were incredibly rude. The driver eventually showed up 90 minutes late and we missed one of our tour stops. It was a very frustrating experience and we were a party of 6.

Extremely skeptical after reserving, but a few days before the event, everything began to fall into place. Communication began and the tour was really good and convenient. Enjoyed it very much

This was, without question, one of the worst tour experiences I’ve ever had—and honestly, a complete ripoff. The communication was nonexistent from the start. I reached out multiple times before the tour and got little to no response. During the tour, they gave us a phone number to call or text, but no one ever answered. It’s almost impressive how consistently unavailable they were. The most outrageous part: they changed our pickup time by 45 minutes and didn’t properly notify us. We found out about the change about 20 minutes before pickup. That’s not just disorganized—it’s completely unprofessional. When people are paying for a scheduled service, clear communication is the bare minimum, and they failed miserably. When I tried to address it, there was zero accountability. No apology, no ownership—just dismissal. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their customers. And then there’s the food situation—which was honestly unbelievable. This is a nine-hour bourbon tour where you’re drinking all day, so having food isn’t optional—it’s essential. The guide sent a “link” to order food, which turned out to be nothing more than a screenshot. There was no actual way to access the correct ordering page. As a result, we ordered from the wrong location and paid out of pocket—only to arrive and have no food waiting for us. Instead of helping us fix the situation or even suggesting we grab something quickly, we were just left without food. On a nine-hour drinking tour. If it weren’t for the kindness of the other people in our group who shared their pizza, we would have gone the entire day without eating. After paying hundreds of dollars, that is completely unacceptable. To top it off, the “tour” itself was incredibly underwhelming. The guide struggled to communicate in English, despite saying she would explain things along the way. Most of what she said was difficult to understand, and instead of a real guided experience, we were played what sounded like a generic prerecorded audio. It felt lazy and impersonal. For the amount of money they charge, this experience is inexcusable. Poor communication, zero accountability, disorganization, and a complete lack of professionalism from beginning to end. Save your money. Book literally anything else.
