Kruja Bazaar

Vibrant culture stimulates the visiting senses at the Kruja Bazaar, which is the center of an Albanian town named after an ancient fortress. The traders' wooden stalls filled with traditional crafts, and the musical and dance shows, all leave the bazaar's patrons lost in stories and clans. Visiting the Kruja Bazaar is yet another trip where people do not merely shop. There is interaction with the sculptors, savouring the culinary offerings, and experiencing the proud heritage of a living society. Embroidered with fabric and forged of metal, this warm and bustling bazaar is conducive to everything Albanian horizontal through vertical dimensions, be it food, crafts, or the sounds themselves.

Kruja Castle

Laying over the hills in the middle of Albania’s historical site, Kruja Castle holds immense significance in the history of Albania and the gallant spirit that still survives within the men and women of this nation. It is a beautiful place with views of hills, well kept buildings as well as interesting exhibits that are all focused on telling the story of the Albanians’ history, the history of the peoples that have lived in and around the castle, and very particularly the history of its greatest fighter. This castle holding the history of national hero scanderbeg, is not just about that. It is a source of national consciousness and cultural pride that calls on all people to explore the history of the fortress and the legends within it.
