Charles was the most amazing tour guide we have ever had. He had really great facts about the falls, was so sweet and attentive and made sure to take us to every place we wanted to go and helped get us through really fast . He also took so many photos of us and we genuinely had a great time with him. I will recommend him to my family and friends, no one better. We had the best day.

Many thanks to Charles for this great tour on both sides of the Iguazu Falls. A prudent driver, a very competent guide and also an extremely pleasant conversation partner. The tour was wisely planned and included all the highlights we wanted to experience. It couldn’t have been better – really excellent!

We relied on Sigafoz Turismo as of landing on Argentina airport and transfer to hotel on Brazilian side, one day private tour and transfer to Brazilian airport on departure. Everything was smooth, timely and perfect organized (in minute) as agreed during planning. Out of stunning marvelous Iguazu falls we have best guide on our 18 days South America tour-Charles. Charles gave us comprehensive guidance's about falls, life on three countries border, recommended best restaurant (food quality) for break between Argentina and Brazilian side of visit. Definitely, both Sigafoz and Charles made our visit to Iguazu excellent. Love and passion about life on such place given by Charles was another beauty of this trip.

Our family of 9 people, we did the 2 Days tour to Iguazu, One day in Brazil and another in Argentina. The experience was amazing. They had a lot of detail in the service, and Charles' attention was impressive. He told us a lot about the story, and he answered all our concerns. The place is spectacular, and Charles made the experience even better. Iguazu must be on everyone’s bucket list.

I will only use 9 letters to define the excursion - guide - agency, it is EXCELLENT. Professional is how I should define the Zairo guide. A real tour guide. Don't stop doing the Macuco nautical safari. It's the dessert strawberry of the excursion. It is optional, not included, it is paid at the time.

We hired the private tour for my family (marriage + 3 young boys) and the experience has turned out to be wonderful. Our guide Zairo picked us up at the hotel and made sure everything was perfect. Polite, discreet and very attentive was anticipating each visit so that everything flowed properly. He was very flexible taking us to a place to eat, he had no qualms about accompanying us until the last shift of the boat... in short, we left already dusk of the Brazilian park with the feeling that better could not be. Gracias Zairo!

If you are traveling to Iguazu, I recommend it. Our guide was Charles. We were picked up from the airport and went straight to see the falls on the Argentine side. He explained everything perfect, we were taken to the hotel and the next day he picked us up in an amazing van, we saw the Brazilian side, we got on the boat, we visited the bird park and we flew by helicopter. I dropped my cell phone down a slope and the park guards mobilized until they got it back. I really recommend them without a doubt, and all the Service at an amazing price. We were lucky enough to see a jaguar!

Our guide, Maycon, was the absolute best. My mom is 80 and can’t walk a lot but I love to hike. He did a great job making sure we were both taken care of. Our enjoyment was his only priority. He was so kind, accommodating, helpful, informative, and sweet. We had the best trip and saw so much! The price is higher than a large group trip but it is so worth the extra cost to have the day tailored to your needs.
