2.00NO what is promised, EN d EN a private tour in the language you select in a DEluxe car and was NO given. A driver arrived who spoke NO language we selected EN a fairly simple van, when we arrived in Bruges if there was a private guide but NO knew the time you were there, EN Ghent we were put on a tour on a boat with a group that priced DE €10 POR person and was EN another language, not even that requested. NO ES what they sell and the price paid ES very high for the impromptu tour we were given. It didn’t meet expectations at all, practically all they offer you ES a private driver POR 8 hours.

5.00Our guide (Vadim) and driver were excellent. I have mobility issues, which they accommodated graciously. Bruges and Ghent are well worth the visit, which was enriched by Vadim. Neither of us could think of a thing that we would have changed about our delightful day out

5.00Bruges was our favorite city we visited and this tour was wonderful. Efficient pickup right at our cruise port, and our guide Jay in Bruges was an awesome, fun guide and enjoyed our walk around the city to try some beer, waffles, and chocolate. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00We had a really good experience. Our driver arrived in the morning before time and was very friendly and gave us good info about the place. He went above and beyond in Ghent and waited for us as we had dinner since our daughter was cranky. The tour guide at Brugges was really good as well. Overall we had a really good experience and definitely recommend.
