Disappointed! Our ship missed the port of Zeebrugge and as such we were unable to take the tour. I had hoped that the operator of this tour would have understood that we didn't cancel and it was out of our hands. I made several requests to the operator directly and via Viator. I notify them as soon as the captain announced the diversion to another port. Not even an offer of a partial refund was made. I do understand that the operator acted in accordance with the 24 hour cancellation policy but a bit of flexibility would have been nice.

The guided tour we did really helped us get the most out it, especially with the kids, as the guide knew how to keep them entertained and engaged. My whole family has enjoyed this tour now doubt they provided top-notch services.

So, hong kong is all skyscrapers, crazy busy, neon lights. Bruges is like stepping into different world completely. Suddenly you're surrounded by these old bricks buildings and canals everywhere. I'll say its chilled place to be.

Our guide was very good. The equipment used to communicate with us during the tour was poor. The environment was too noisy to hear him.

Saturday July 13 tour ... Our Guide made the tour outstanding ... She grew up in Bruge and lives in the area now ... We really enjoyed all her stories and information ... She knew her history and architecture of Bruge ... Be aware-This is definitely a walking tour ... The tour company split the bus into 2 smaller tour groups of (19) - well done! Had some time in city center to get lunch and a waffle ... our guide made many recommendations of what to see and where to eat ... really good day! Highly recommend ... maybe one of the best tours

This was a terrible experience. The tour operator did not advise to look for a "JAT" sign. We walked around for 10 minutes looking for the operator. Finally, asked someone for assistance and it was the JAT person, who spoke no English. We were delayed 45 minutes waiting for 2 more people. Once we arrived at the meeting location in Brugge, we waited another 35 minutes because we were advised 2 other people experienced the same problem and would be joining the group. The guide is an independent contractor and was very good, but she said she could not start the tour because we had to wait for people. After talking with other people in the group, we noticed that some people received notification of where to meet and to look for the JAT sign, and some of us did not. This was very poor communication from the tour operator. Our tour was cut short 1.5 hours because of poor communication. The day after the trip an email advising to look for the JAT representative was received. Additionally, my wife wrote to Viator on April 9 asking if audio guides would be used. She noted that she wears hearing aids and would need an over the ear device. The email sent by Viator indicated that an audio device would not be used as we are a very small group. When we met the guide, she distributed audio devices, which my wife could not use. She was forced to walk next to the guide the entire tour. We found this unacceptable, especially since we discussed this ahead of time. The tour operator refuses to address the issues of the tour being cut short and the failure to accommodate individuals with hearing aids. We addressed our concerns to Viator; however, Viator has sided with the tour operator without verifying the claims made by us or the tour operator. We have used Viator in the past with no issues.

We were not prepared for a walking tour, not for someone who has health issues and cannot walk for long period of time.

The tour was impeccable, it's a shame that during the three hour journey there and back we were frozen despite having been told more than once to leave a reasonable temperature. It must have been 15 degrees and I don't know if I'll get a fever this evening
