This review comes with mixed feelings. The location itself was beautiful 😍 Our tour bus was late and our guide started the morning off by removing a couple from the bus as he said we they had overbooked (and he did not want to sit up with the driver, hence taking up a double seat himself) He did however spend most of the drive sitting in the seat (he didn't want to sit in) working on his photos and left the "seat" he said he needed empty. It was also very noticeable that he preferred the Spanish speaking group over the English speaking side of the group. We did four tours in Amsterdam with four operators (and this operator the worst of the bunch) If you are just looking for the transportation to Bruges, than go for it. If you actually want to take the tour of the city with your guide, then do yourself a favor and choose another operator. We ended up ditching the tour group of the city and exploring ourselves (and we were so glad we did)

The website said the tour was in English but it was actually in both English and Spanish. In fact the tour guide on the bus spoke twice as much Spanish then English. Her accent is strong and spoke very fast which made us hard to understand her. Another thing was very unprofessional for her was she told the clients no food and drinks on the bus, yet she and the bus driver had pastry and coffee on the bus themselves. The bus did not arrive Bruges until 12:30 pm and we still had an hour and a half walking tour. She should have told us to get something to eat at the service station before we arrived at Bruges.

Very long bus ride in an uncomfortable bus; 7 + hours in a bus with no armrests and limited leg room. The guide, Adrian, and the driver, Tony, spent a lot of time joking back and forth while ignoring the passengers. At one point they exchanged homophobic slurs in Spanish including using the “maricones” slur and other vulgar words. Not professional behavior at all. As a member of the LGBT community, listening to this insulting language's was not what I signed up for.

The bus ride is about 3.5 hours each way. Knowledgeable guide, but disappointed that viewing of Michaelangelo's "Madonna and Child" at Church of our Lady was not included.

The guide and driver were great but it's a long drive to and from. If went to Bruges again I would stay at least one night.
