Very interesting although we could not see the chocolate factory demonstration. The trip was English, Italian and Spanish. The guide Matthew was especially attentive with us who were the only Spaniards and the driver back showed us the illuminated Atomium.

The tour itself was good. We had terrible weather the day we went which made the walking part of the tour in each city (over 6 miles combined for the whole day) challenging. The guide, Matteo, was enthusiastic and helpful. Some of the other people on the tour were rude which with the weather, didn’t help the experience.

Great city, horrible tour organization and communication. There was no bus or bus driver. It took them an hour and a half to find one. We signed up for an English tour but also that had to listen to the same Tour in Italian and Spanish, which took away time from us moving to the next stop and then free time in the city and markets. The tour guides were nice people, but did not know how to communicate to keep the group together, communicate meeting points well, or keep track of time. They would take off walking so quickly many people on the tour could not keep up and would fall very very behind, and they would not slow down to find the people throughout the entire walking tour. We had six people get lost on the way back to the bus and we had to wait while they went back to find them. we ended up getting back two hours later than scheduled. The city and Christmas markets were absolutely stunning. So many people on the tour were upset, but everyone was making the best of the bad situation. The tour guides were nice and very apologetic, but in the end if they would have communicated properly, a lot of wasted of time could have been avoided. So basically a 10 hour tour turned into a little over 12 hours and because we had to listen to the same thing and two other languages, a lot of information was lost in translation and looking for people all a waste of time. If a tour is going to be told in three languages that needs to be stated upfront, they combined the tours into one, apparently. IIt is very deceptive to buy an English tour and also have to listen to two other languages wasting time. Very disappointing. But the city and Christmas markets were nice.

Lots of walking. The architecture and history of the towns was awesome but then I’m into that sort of stuff. Bus ride was tedious but comfortable. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful but had a strong accent. English is my wife’s second language so she had difficulty understanding him. The chocolatier was informative. The boat tour was short and overall disappointing and the boat guide was not as funny as he thought he was. There could have been more time to souvenir shop in Ghent but overall we enjoyed it.

Bruges and Ghent are beautiful cities to visit however the free time in each place was not enough. Also the guide adds so much to the experience. Unfortunately David our guide didn’t achieve this. We signed up for an English guided tour, not bilingual. Because of this everything felt so rushed and he looked annoyed most of the time.

My husband and I traveled to Brussels for a long weekend. We always book at least one all day tour to see and learn as much as we can. We chose this tour based on what was offered and the towns we would visit. Matteo was our tour guide and he did an amazing job. He was great at giving history of Brussels, Bruges and Ghent. He was so friendly and we thought by far one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. It was easy to see how much he enjoys his job and sharing his love for Brussels with everyone on the tour. Way to go Matteo!

Looking for the right bus in the morning is quite a chaos. many of us running up and down the street, try to looking for someone with "orange" vest but can't around the 8:45 scheduled bus boarding time。 Not till 8:55,our orange vest guide shows up. Other than this early morning scare, our trip went very well。 Burges and Gent are so beautiful。 The cannel cruise ride also very good。 Our female captain was very diligently introducing the city and the cannel area. Time management by the guide was also nice.

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Both places were beautiful and full of history, and the tour was well organized with plenty of interesting insights from our guide Luis. I really enjoyed the lunch break, as it gave us time to relax and taste some local flavors before continuing the tour. The chocolate-making visit was also a fun highlight. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend it.

It was a great tour. Had a really nice over view of Bruges and Ghent. It was also interesting to see how chocolate is made. Matteo was knowledgeable and funny. The bus driver, Michel, was also very polite. I think we could have had a little more time to explore Ghent as there was more to see there. I also think a specific address could be given to meet at the pickup point rather than just the street location as it’s a long road with many different tour operators so was tricky to find ours. But we overall we had a really good time, very glad we booked :) Thanks guys!
