We thoroughly enjoyed the Free Tour with Beatrice. She is knowledgeable, fun and told very good stories around everything we saw. Some places like the Church of Beer we would not have seen from the inside without her. Highly recommended!

Christina met us on time and accompanied us for the rest of the morning as we visited many noteworthy sites. She was extremely knowledgeable, had some interesting anecdotes, and responded to all our questions, both about ancient and modern Romanian history and events. Well worth the time!

We really enjoyed the city tour with Stefania. She not only speaks perfect German, but also gave us a lot of information about life in Bucharest today in addition to facts and figures. Their kindness and openness was a great pleasure for us. Thank you very much.

We stayed in Bucharest for 7 days and did the Essential Bucharest Tour and the Communism Tour with this company over the first two days. Our tour guide Stefania, was a superb host with excellent English a wealth of knowledge. She tailored the tour for her guests and could answer any questions asked; also referring to her own family’s experience of living under communism. Stefania followed up her tours with links to Utube videos and films we would be interested in. She recommended additional tourist attractions (not tacky ones!), traditional Romanian food to try and restaurants the locals enjoy that you would never find on your own. Not only did she send us recommendations, she also sent us transport links on how to get there including our trip to Peleş Castle which is in the town of Sinaia about two hours outside of Bucharest. There is so much to see in Bucharest and I would definitely recommend Stefania and this tour company as an excellent starting point!

Stephanie was our Guide & we were very fortunate that she was also accompanied by Julian who was shadowing her that day. Stephanie & Julian's local knoweldge reminded us that conflict in Bucharest was not confined to the two world wars; there was conflict as recent as 1989 & Julian was able to recount to us what life was like day to day during that time. Stephanie also took us around the old town & was very knowledgeable & engaging. Both recommended various other places & restaurants that we should try & Julian's recommendation that we should try Romanian wine was absolutely spot on!! We would certainly recommend the tour

Stefan provided a very interesting tour. We learned about the history of Romania and Bucharest, as well as seeing many notable sights. We found him friendly and funny. He constantly checked we were happy with the pace and if we had questions. The tour was not onerous. He left is with good tips on local food and where to find it. We would highly recommend.

Started in the Old Town. Tour guide was friendly. The length of tour was reasonable. I had a great time on the tour. Recommend this as one of the first things to do.
