Away from the crowds of Pest, this informative and entertaining tour, guided by a professional actor in period costume, takes you to some of the charming, magical places of the city: the Buda castle courts.
This activity is an immersive storytelling experiences about legends, mythology, dark medieval history, tales and folklore.
The tour is more ideal for adults and youth. If you wish to bring your children, they can go for free (up to 6 years old).

We’ll stop at the majestic terrace with the equestrian statue of prince Eugene of Savoy, one of the most successful military commanders in modern European history. You will listen to more histories while taking the possibility to take photos from the top of the hill.

5.00This was a great 2 hour experience! We toured the outer castle area and stopped at different locations to learn more about Budapests tales amd myths! Our guide, VamPeter an excellent story teller and smart as a whip! Not only shared history, but solicited any questions from the group along the way!

5.00Really good tour Peter was an excellent guide and really made history come to life. Would recommend some pre warning about the number of steps up to the palace - it’s a very steep hill! Overall a great 2 hours and Buda castle area looks amazing at night

5.00It was a great tour! I learned a lot on our last night in Budapest. The energy of our guide Romina was very positive and pleasant. The guide is very prepared and was very friendly. My wife and I had a great time and learned a lot from this great and beautiful city:)

3.00Run of the mill ghost tour. Bit more walking than anticipated with more frequent walks and less stories than anticipated. Our guide did great and she really played the role well! The average review is not a reflection of her, she did fantastic, it’s more so the content was strung out between long stretches of walks. Other ghost tours I’ve done felt more intimate which adds to the spook factor but this one had about 30 people so side convos kind of down play the experience. Overall worth going to but some more content would be nice.
