Experience the city more like a local - the boat functions as a floating coffee house or pub experience with its own bar available during the cruise.
The city floats in the floodlight when the time of the day allows that. (As Budapest uses the illumination to commemorate certain events(, like Earth Hour, Fight Against Breast Cancer, national events, etc.) therefore they might appear in different colours or can be dimmed at certain times.)

5.00The river cruise was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend going around 7:00–7:30 PM if you want to experience the sunset, just check the sunset time for the season you visit. It’s the perfect timing because after the cruise you can walk along the riverbank at night and see Budapest all lit up. The city looks absolutely gorgeous after dark.

4.00The trip was great, the only thing that I didn’t like is that there is no narration from the captain, so there is no explanation nor story told about the buildings nor anything. The drinks were ok. Overall I recommend if you don’t mind hearing history nor stories from the captain and its crew.

1.00We traveled very well on the boat in Prague, and here in Budapest, they charged us 8 euros each because we were delayed and missed the boat by 5 minutes. We could not arrive earlier because we got lost. I do not plan to recommend them. The truth is that we thought they could be considered in this situation. Never again
