This private transfer service is available 24 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday. Your driver picks you up at the airport (or your hotel) and transfers you over to your hotel or your private address (or the airport) in an air-conditioned vehicle.
We would appreciate if you provide us with your mobile or cell phone number in order to contact you in case of any change or if our driver can't see you at your Hotel or accommodation or at the Airport.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
The transfer company will never be responsible for the loss of a flight. The customer is solely responsible for knowing the departure time of the flight and request the pick up with enough time (we suggest 2.5 -3 hours before the departure time of the flight).
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Transfer Service Information Meet & Greet: Upon arrival, our driver will send a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided in your booking. The designated meeting point is the INTERCHANGE office in the arrival terminal, immediately after exiting the transit area with your luggage. Private Door-to-Door Service: Enjoy a fully private transfer—your vehicle will not be shared with other passengers. Child Seat Upon Request: One child seat is available free of charge upon request. Complete your booking at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Booking Modifications All booking changes must be promptly communicated to Viator Customer Support to ensure that updates are accurately reflected in the booking system. Please note that last-minute modifications are not eligible for refunds. Contact Information To facilitate smooth communication, we kindly ask you to provide your mobile or cell phone number. 5.00I’ve read mixed reviews about Viator - but I’ve always had great experiences every time I’ve hired a transfer. Always on time, pleasant, helpful. This last trip, our flight was cancelled and Viator had no problem with my last minute change to another day. Plus, while I sometimes think I’m paying more than a regular driver, this last trip was a transfer on the outskirts of the city and the traffic was terrible - and I think the price was actually better than what I would have paid for a cab. And the driver was great, giving us brief histories and pointing out landmarks. All-in-all, if I’m in an unfamiliar place, I usually go to Viator because I know it’ll be comfortable and reliable.

He communicated with us very well prior to the trip and offered to arrive early, which we really appreciated since we had heard that the airport was very busy with Christmas travelers. 5.00Miklos was fantastic and went above and beyond. We got stuck in immigration for 3 hours after arrival due to the passport machines going down. Miklos waited for us and communicated the entire time despite hearing other people have drivers cancel. Highly recommend!
