1.00Horrible!!!! A horror movie We got chills every room we walked through We didn't make 1 pool because they were disgusting, stuff to catch diseases Cleanliness does not exist ,yellow water,smells nauseating,looks like a psychiatric hospital ,it is not stocked with anything (robes etc.) but it is the least of the problems .... Dirty mold everywhere , stagnant water, dirty tiles , dirty entrance bracelet (we sucked at wearing it) The showers without touch, sinks and vomiting floors, peeling walls, mold on the walls, the bottom of the pools studded with dirt, algae, mold, elastic bands etc.... A real but real SUCK Absolutely wasted money!!!! I would have demanded a refund since we went inside 15 minutes without taking a bath IF THE ASL WERE TO ENTER you would close immediately because there is nothing in compliance , from the structure but above all hygiene !!!! Scary!!!!

The security guys really bad and abuse of authority trying to knock us over when we're naked, it's not time to go.

1.00Too bad as a woman they're embarrassed, the security guys opening the doors while we change to get us out when it wasn't yet time to leave at 2 o'clock, it's like to report we were naked and getting dressed not to come back I don't recommend it to anyone this place while staff who are there don't improve their way of working disgusting abuse and for no reason trying to break down the door while we were dressing

2.00Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The place was very crowded and not particularly clean, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. We booked the VIP option, but honestly did not understand what we paid so much money for, as it did not meet our expectations at all. Overall, we would not recommend this place.

1.00Disgusting. Saunas and steam room good. But the pools are vile. Eveything is run down and dirty. Stayed 1 hr and left and even that was too long. Don’t know how other people are even recommending this place tbh with how dirty the inside is and the pools

4.00Really enjoyed this spa. The staff were great and very friendly, the time in the spa was fun and relaxing. The beer and the bath a perfect temperature. As a short stay traveller with no hold luggage we didn’t bring towels, the booking states towels are available. Beware… these are 5,000 HUF £12GBP EACH and with a small, full suitcase got left behind. Understand the ‘no laundry’ bit but just added extra cost to the experience.

5.00The idea is madness but the friendly staff make it work! Soak in a tub with hops salt and barley. Unlimited beer is crazy but It was one of the best experiences we had in budapest. Thanks to all the staff , especially for extending out our time as the beer ran out briefly
