Old boat falling apart and broken

1.00Boat is old. Chairs are broken and dangerous. The headphone system doesn’t work in most chairs to hear the commentary and then the commentary doesn’t line up to where the boat is at in the river. Book another boat. Should have a negative score!

4.00Great trip on a really well maintained and modern boat.. The drink/audio part of the trip was a little chaotic but all the staff were lovely and the trip certainly delivered the photo opportunities which is pretty much the main point 👏👏

5.00We had a wonderful hour-long cruise on the Danube in Budapest and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Seeing the city from the water gives you a completely different perspective, and the views were absolutely stunning. The Parliament building, Buda Castle and Chain Bridge all looked incredible from the river. The boat was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating and good visibility for photos. Everything felt well organised from boarding to disembarking, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The commentary was informative without being overwhelming, adding interesting context to the sights we were passing. An hour was the perfect length – relaxing, scenic and never rushed. We’d highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Budapest, whether it’s your first time or a return visit. It’s a great way to take in the city and really appreciate how beautiful it is. The cruise was a relaxing way to end our holiday in Budapest and summarised all the sights we had explored.

3.00It was ok. Super crowded so you couldn’t go outside because a few people blocked the whole thing. Wouldn’t even let us take a photo for two minutes. Would be better outside. If you can get an outside spot it would be great! The inside had space but a family with a very sick kid was on and he was hacking coughing so loudly I couldn’t hear a thing on the audio guide. Not the boat’s fault but ruined the experience. I heard nothing. Just the coughing, and had nowhere to escape. Was a bit surprised they let someone who looked so ill on, but I guess they can’t do much!

4.00We did the 1 hour cruise on New Years Eve, it was a lovely 1 hour cruise The audio of the history of Budapest was great and very informative The lights of Budapest at night are so pretty and well worth the trip
