We had a great evening and it truly felt like sharing a meal with locals rather than doing a classic tourist activity. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly from the start, beginning with a pálinka and some interesting stories about Hungarian culture. The food was very good and well explained without being overwhelming. The foie gras tasting was a nice introduction, the goulash was comforting and full of flavor, and the chicken paprikash was simple but delicious. The wines paired well with the dishes and the homemade dessert was a great way to end the night. What I appreciated most was the conversation and the cultural insights shared during the dinner. A very pleasant experience if you want something authentic and not rushed 😊
