5.00The food tour was excellent. Luis, ur guide took a to some amazing places with great food. We were able to otherwise see some parts of the City we would have never seen. Come hungry, there is a lot of eating.

5.00While there was a little technical difficulty* with finding the location, everything about this tour was exceptional thanks to Luis, the most wonderful guide we could’ve asked for!! His advice and sociable manner was exactly what we needed, he was so chatty and informative of the best places to go, the best menu options to try, and the best drinks to order. We could not have asked for a better experience, it was the perfect way to learn about the city and become familiar with some language basics. Luis had great knowledge about the history of the country and city, but we weren’t really in it for the history, and were still greatly entertained by his stories and facts. Every stop was exceptional, the food and drinks were all perfect, and even if they were a little cliché and touristy, we had the absolute best time and would immediately do it all over again!!! *Both the manager of the tour Juan and our guide Luis were so apologetic and keen to get this issue fixed, giving us a partial refund and a discount on future tours which was more than enough for us. The issue was with Viator and NOT the tour company.

3.00My husband and I were the only people on this tour. I think this experience is best shared by a small group. We did go to some places that you wouldn’t find on your own. Our guide lives in the city so she had some local knowledge. Most of the dishes we enjoyed, except for the sausage restaurant and the strudel cafe. Overall we felt it was way too much food and the tour was too long.

5.00Go Hungry (ha ha - pun intended), a great walk through the city, and discovering some of the foods of the city. The first stop was so good we went back for dinner. Only negative is I would have liked to have known more about the history as we walked past some amazing buildings. The architecture is incredible, so it would be nice to learn a little about it.

3.00Luis, our guide, was very friendly but we were disappointed in the places they chose to stop at to eat. It was mostly street food, although we loved the goulash soup, the remaining stops were just ok. The 2nd stop was suppose to include wine/beer but it turned out they didnt have a liquor license, the 4th stop was a sit down bakery that our guide was talking up a specific dessert but they were sold out and than 3 homeless people came in and sat near us with a strong urine smell. Not a pleasant experience. The last stop was a ruins bar. The guide took us downstairs to have a drink and we were the only ones there. The tour started at 5:30 and we were at the bar by 7pm. it would have been better if the tour started later so the bar would have been more lively. For the price we paid, we expected a higher level of food and places. We also expected a small group and it was just the two of us eating while our guide watched us so we felt rushed to eat.
