A poor mismanaged cruise

2.00The late evening tour was crowded and poorly managed as people rushed in to be seated and the staff did little to assist and ensure safety. It would appear that they were running late and were in a desperate hurry so much so that the boat started just as the last pax boarded. And people were still scrambling in a moving boat to find seats. It was really quite chaotic and a poor experience.
Dominic was a great waiter he was so kind and funny and very helpful thank you Dominic from your favourite British girls

With Hungarian charm and easy grace, A warm, calm smile upon his face, He poured our drinks with practiced flair, As if a little magic lingered there. Each glass he filled, both smooth and neat, Turned ordinary into sweet.

2.00We arrived at the dock at 7:01 pm for a 7 pm cruise. Sophie cut us off saying “you are late… you can’t go. Well IF you give me a 5 star review on Google Maps, I’ll let you get on the next boat and not charge you extra”. Not cool at all. The boat was crowded, noisy and no lights were on at 830 when we finished. To top it off, when we docked, we saw people who were 5 min late getting on the boat. It might help for you to say “PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 minutes early as we leave promptly at 7”. Choose a different company.
