5.00Shortly after booking this airport transfer, the service contacted to get get new details and confirm others. When I didn’t see their text on whatsapp, they sent a text through messenger to ensure I was aware of the details. They were at the airport on time. Driver was very courteous. Susana, our contact person, also came. She was very pleasant and answered all questions about Budapest. She also gave tips for seeing city sights and getting around city.

5.00A small glitch with the driver’s arrival time that was quickly resolved. We arrived at the airport right on time. Driver was helpful with luggage, a good driver who spoke English and his van was very clean. Highly recommend.

5.00There was a little glitch in the communication but the company made it right. Our driver didn’t show up at the appointed time and we thought we were going to have to take public transportation to the airport. Thankfully a text message was received and we received a call from the company telling us our driver could be there in 5 minutes. They took total ownership of the problem and quickly fixed it. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare since we had overestimated the necessary travel time. The van was clean and the driver was apologetic, quiet, and helpful. I would definitely use them again. Our price was $67 one way for two people with luggage. Have HUF for tipping.
