What To Expect

This is a private, door-to-door transfer from the airport to your hotel or from your hotel to the airport at fixed prices. Shuttle from Airport to Hotel: You should calculate 30 minutes for luggage-pickup, so we recommend that you choose an airport pickup time which is 30 minutes after your scheduled plane arrival time. Shuttle from Hotel to Airport: Please be there at your Hotel’s main entrance or lobby 10 minutes before your booked pickup time. Compared to your provided pick up time we will wait for another 5 minutes. We advise you to arrive to the airport 2 hours before your flight time, please choose your pick-up time accordingly. If your hotel is in an area isolated from traffic, then we will send you the pickup point by e-mail.

We were greeted in a very professional manner. Our driver was waiting for us with our name prominently displayed. He carried our 2 large suitcases down a set of stairs to our very clean vehicle.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend. Really good communication with provider and my driver was waiting for me as I cleared customs. He spoke brilliant English and gave me lots of recommendations for things to do, places to eat and what to drink.

The part that our airline was delayed, and I texted the driver and company and told him I would be in touch with no pick up information. When we finally got through the line at the airport, it was past the two hour deadline even though I had already texted. Never got a ride and no refund. I didn’t want to refund. I just wanted to switch times for the pick up. That wasn’t acceptable, so we used a different company. Sorry Viator, disappointed.

Great and reliable service. Entire process was seamless. Our driver was on time and very friendly, we arrived within 30 mins to the airport. Definitely worth it to have a private van and no other passenger pickups and to avoid any taxi issues as we heard about

Hojoa Daniel did more than expected. He at 3 AM was hat the hotel, 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. Got us to the airport way before the crowds came. Friendly and courteous. Happy to work post pandemic.

Excellent Service to our hotel door and back. For two people it was 7990.00Ft. (cheaper if there are more of you) Well worth it rather than dragging suitcases on busses and having to change to tube and walk a bit. Would certainly us this BUD door 2 door service again.
