5.00Such a lovely entrance and cosy inside the boat with faux animal fur on seats and optional blankets. Glass of fizz each and an audio tour (bring your own headphones). The boat was beautiful inside and out with lovely clean toilets. Informative and really lovely experience. We would recommend.

2.00A little poorly organized. The boat is not like the photograph, but it was fine. And the crew does not order people where they sit, so they occupy 4 places 1 person, leaving a family that goes together feel separated. They should coordinate that a little bit, so everyone can have a good experience.

5.00Absolutely relaxed tour. Very clear website through which to book. We had the first ride of the day at 12:00 and there were maybe 15 people on board. In the outdoor area cozy seating areas with warm upholstery and blankets. No problem at all, although it was cold. The audio guide was available via QR code and had brief but perfectly sufficient information about a few spots. Highly recommended

5.00Admittedly, I was a bit nervous signing our family up for a river cruise after seeing reviews for another company, in which travelers reported the boats being overcrowded. I was very relieved to see this one capped the amount of travelers per ride, so I went ahead and booked. And I’m glad I did! The night view of the city from the river is truly exceptional. All the staff were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend! The cruise company, Duna, has two cruises that dock at the same spot: one is a more modern boat (the “elegant” option which we did) and the other is a historic paddle wheel (the “historic” option). Be sure to research and choose your preference!

5.00The weather was cold and damp so it was nice to be able to wait in covered area until boarding time and the waiting area was very nice with sheep skin rugs. The boat was lovely and the operator had made it all festive and welcoming. Felt intimate and cosy and it was nice and warm on the boat. Our welcome drinks were nice but we ordered extra at the reasonably priced onboard bar. We have done other boat cruises in Budapest and none were this good. We would definitely recommend this river cruise.

5.00Boat just the right size, not too big. Choice of sitting inside or out. Comfy cushioned seating. Boat nicely decorated with Christmas garlands. Polite staff. Very clear audio guide you stream to your phone via QR code. Can order drinks which are brought to you. Trip 1 hour long and you see all the sights beautifully.
