- Review from Viator
I was reluctant to book this tour because I couldn’t see any reviews. I chatted with Viator and they said they were new and had 5 good reviews so I booked it. The day before the tour I got a message that our morning tour was being cancelled and could we do the afternoon. After moving a few things around we agreed to the new time. The tour guide we had, Janet, was awesome and this review in no way reflects her. However, not only did they change the time, they changed the actual tour and we were not given notice about that. Instead of doing the Jewish quarter which is District VII we did District V. We had already done that so this was basically a repeat. And since it was our last day we had no time to book a tour of the Jewish quarter. I really feel like we should have been told of the change in itinerary when we were told about the change in time. I was offered an apology after the fact but nothing else. I am in the process of seeking a refund through Viator and hope that I am successful since this is not what I paid for.
