The Buggy Kayo tour in Punta Cana VIP first option is a scam

1.00First off I chose and paid for a kayo and VIP tour which stated it included lunch and water . My total cost was $420 USD while if I had chosen the double kay total for 4 persons would have been $184 USD. First off we were promptly waiting on our pickup which was half an hour late. Secondly when we got there we were practically the last family to get on buggy . We were standing for another 20 minutes or more . We never made it to the beach as stated - even if there was a logical reason- we were never informed as to why. After completed the buggy I queried about the lunch option which I PAID for and no staff had a clue. I contacted viator who were patient and did the absolute right thing to send this company a refund request which they declined. I do not wish for the entire refund however their attitude stinks. I explained through WhatsApp in details with pictures showing why I believed I was scammed and of course got no satisfaction. I do no recommend this tour to anyone else
