Unfortunately, one of the worst experience i had ever seen I regret to share that my first experience with your company has been disappointing. My bungee jump was canceled when I was already in the cable car. While I fully understand that safety is your top priority and the cancellation was beyond your control, I believe that, given the nature of your business, daily weather forecasts should be closely monitored to prevent such issues. I had planned to do the jump on August 17th, just before my flight back. However, I was informed yesterday that you would be closed on August 18th. As a result, I rearranged all my plans, including transportation and accommodation, based on the confirmation of the jump. Below is a breakdown of the expenses I incurred for today's canceled jump: - Train from Italy to Zurich: €112 (10-hour trip) - Train from Zurich to Interlaken Ost: 51 CHF - Train from Interlaken to Basel: 64 CHF - Hostel booking: €77 - Cost of the jump: $274.50 USD - Cost of photos and videos: 99 CHF All these payments were made based on the confirmation of the jump, without any prior indication of potential weather issues. As clients, we have limited vacation days, and it's essential that our plans are respected and considered.

One of the most exhilarating experiences of my life! The tour guides were very gracious and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me through this experience. I'm terrified of heights and they could tell, so they took some extra time to make sure I was ready to go. Then they pushed me out...just kidding. Thank you so much! Life changing for sure.
