What To Expect
Beomeosa Temple
Beomeosa Temple is a temple with a history of more than a thousand years, and we will tour major buildings and subsidiary hermitages. At 12 o'clock, you can enjoy the lunch provided by the temple.
Hongbeopsa
It is a temple built by a devout Buddhist by donating her land and money. It consists of temple buildings in a different style from ordinary temples, and you can enjoy the wonderful scenery from the temple's observatory. The large Amitabha Buddha is also a must-see.

5.00Suyang was very helpful from the start, made contact early, and made sure we met up safely. Very informative throughout the tour, and ensured we were well catered for and comfortable. A lovely tour guide whom I would highly recommend. The Beomeosa temple was very interesting and in a lovely setting. We learnt a lot. It was al lovely day well spent with the limited time we had.

5.00The tour guide is very friendly and professional, totally push the tour guide today! Although the leaves are not red a little unfortunate, it will not affect the whole trip. Korean fasting experience is also interesting, the first time to eat vegetarian Korean sausages.

5.00Suyang did a wonderful job as my tour guide today. I was the only person on the tour, and I felt safe and was treated respectfully by him at all times, which is very important for women who are sightseeing without a companion. He thoughtfully provided a bottle of water to begin our journey to the first temple, which he told interesting and entertaining anecdotes about. He walked at a gradual pace that I could easily keep up with. The temple grounds were beautiful and the buildings were ornate, and one could see and hear from a respectful distance the morning music and prayers. Then we went to the flower market which was full of beautiful blooms, and then we visited the golden Buddha statue at the next temple and had a good vegetarian bibimbap meal. He showed me the grounds which has a gorgeous lily pond. He also gave me lots of good information about finding vegetarian food near my hotel, as that is not always easy to do in Korea. I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide, and the temples were interesting to visit.

5.00Suyang is a great host. I really enjoyed the information he shared about the history of the temples. I highly recommend that you join him and visit the temples. You will discover so much that you would not find on your own. As a solo traveler ot was nice to have someone show me around.

5.00Great walking tour of 2 beautiful temples. The guide was very knowledgeable about the places and provided a good summary of their history. The second temple is unknown to tourists, so I was very thankful to the guide for taking me there. A free vegetarian lunch is also provided at the temples. Highly recommend this tour to those who are interested in visiting ancient temples in a serene surrounding. Walking and taking public transport with the guide provided me with a truly local experience.

5.00A easy and relax temple tour. The route lead by our tour gùde Chang was easy and relaxed. The duration is just nice. Enjoyed the local Market tour. The food we tasted was good.. I especially like the cold Barley drink.
