What To Expect
Cabo Espichel
Walk in the Natural Park of Arrábida de Sesimbra to Cabo Espichel. Wild beaches, stunning bays, caves and cliffs are some of the characteristics of this magnificent tour. The tour will start at the port of Sesimbra. Then, we will visit the famous Ribeiro do Cavalo beach, which in 2017 was considered the best beach in Europe, enjoy the surrounding landscape and get to know a little of the region's microclimate. The tour will continue to the west, where we will visit the mythical beaches of Mijona and Inferno, beaches of unique beauty. The tour continues along the Arrábida natural park and you will visit the famous whale bay and have the opportunity to learn a little about the history of the fishermen who hunted whales here in the 18th century. During this stop, typical liqueurs from the Setúbal region will be served. After this stop, we will sail towards Cabo Espichel, where we will visit caves, landscapes of incredible wonder and where we will end our experience with the best sunset in Europe. After all this adventure, we will return to the port of Sesimbra, where this experience ends.

5.00What a wonderful walk on the ocean towards Cape Espinchel!!! We caught plenty of them with the colors of the rocks of this protected park and a splendid sunset over the sea with the filigree cliffs. These cliffs, carved in the thick of the waves for millions of years, teach us a little about the geology of the place. But it is also thanks to Catarina, our adorable guide, who led us along the coast to secret beaches and incredible caves. This is really an experience not to be missed. You should also know that we were with a person with reduced mobility. Catarina and André (our captain) bent over backwards so that she was well settled and reassured. We will definitely not forget this beautiful excursion

5.00We had an incredible experience on this sunset tour: the area is magnificent with cliffs and blue lagoon water… simply breathtaking with this “golden hour” light. Catarina suggested having the tour a little earlier in the week so that we could have optimal conditions and it was perfect! As well as being easygoing and welcoming, Catarina and André are two great guides: our curiosity was satisfied with all the explanations about the different beaches and caves around us. I highly recommend it!

5.00What an amazing night we had aboard this boat! The navigation was very calm and perfectly controlled by the pilot. It allowed us to discover incredible natural places such as wild beaches and caves carved by the sea. We could also stop in a small cove to enjoy the scenery/landscapes and have an aperitif. The staff was very welcoming and warm, giving us a lot of explanations about the history of the fauna and flora of the place. Finally, the sunset at the cape was incredible. It will stay for sure as one of my best memories from my vacations in Portugal.

5.00Amazing! The journey experience from Sesimbra to Cape Espichel was unique, surprising in every minute, and very beautiful. We got to know several caves, beaches (some inaccessible by land), and their stories. The sympathy and knowledge of André, who guided us in this experience, were incredible. Always with great availability. The journey is surprising to the last minute. To be able to see the sunset, in the middle of the sea, in Cabo Espichel, and to drink a wine from the region of Setúbal, is a beautiful and unforgettable experience. There was also attention in relation to the days we live, and there is a pandemic, as all hygiene and protection care was taken into account, without compromising the travel experience. Thank you.

5.00What an end to our day! We decide, as André advice to go for the Capo Espichel Sunset tour and what a choice it was! The cliffs meeting the sea, the beautiful caves and beaches... Just so amazing! André was very communicative and helpful, explaining all the legends and facts about all the places we saw! You can feel that he loves what he does and the place he lives and that's the king of guide you want anywhere and the world! It really was a day to remember and a trip to take again!
