1.00Contacted the provider several times about the pickup spot and didn’t hear anything back. Went to the area and had several buses pass by. We missed the tour. They need better directions and signs.
Consider what your doing first before booking.

3.00We did this coming off the cruise ship. We were made to walk to the bus stop where 100s of people were in line on the side of the road. I think it was about 1.5 hours before we were off and running. The tour was fine. If you want to visit historic sights it would probably be worth the money. If your going to the cathedral, shopping, and eating...... all that is a short walk from the cruise port.

5.00The guide, Hazim, and Abdul the driver were very courteous and friendly. We drove around the relevant points of interest and the commentary was good. I declined the camel ride as I have already had that experience and didnt wish to repeat it. The visit to the Kasbah and Medina were amazing. I had expressed what I wanted to purchase and was taken there. Though the path through the Medina was very steep and difficult terrain for me as I use a walking stick, Hazim was very helpful in that he held my arm and assisted me through many parts to allow me to continue. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and the experience. Thank you Hazim and Abdul.

3.00We have used Hopon Hopoff buses all over the world but this is the 2nd time we have had an issue with Viator vouchers; finally got it resolved but it's a pain! My only other issue is they made us change buses, losing our seats, in an effort to keep their buses as full as possible. Otherwise good service, on time and decent commentary.
