Javi, a boy with Franco-Italian descent, with a grandfather captain of the merchant navy and Humanities studies specializing in History, an exceptional type to be a tour guide... has been born for it. Sympathetic, empathetic, with extensive knowledge of Cadiz, even dared to sing 🤣. We'll repeat with him. Thanks for everything. Juan and Tere

It had been raining on and off since we’d arrived in Spain and we weren’t sure a walking tour would be fun. We were wrong. Alejandro was proud of Cadiz’s history and very knowledgeable. We learned a great deal and had fun along the way. Of all the events and guides we have taken since arriving in Spain I think this was the best value tour by far. We recommend this to anyone that wants to gain a better understanding of Cadiz in just a couple of stress free and enjoyable hours.

At £25 for two and a 2.5 hour tour the walk was good value. It was helped by the fact there were only five in the group. Our very pleasant local guide Alexandro gave us some very interesting and some quirky history. He explained the significance of the 1812 monument, why there were over 100 watchtowers in Cadiz and showed us a practical and peaceful use for ancient cannons. We also visited the market. I'd recommend this walking tour.
