The first section of this via ferrata stands out for its horizontality, although it will progressively ascend through different obstacles. This makes it ideal both for initiation and for a fun warm-up before launching into the sports section.
Along the way you will find everything from walls of staples to ramps with steel cables. Although what really fascinates about this via ferrata are its hanging bridges. From the Tibetan plank bridge to the chain bridge, they will be a fantastic challenge for those crossing them for the first time. And even more so the other two, made with cable, which will make you bring out the best in you.
This section takes approximately 2 hours to reach a stone wall, right where the next begins. Simple but exciting, at this point it is possible to continue with the other section or return to the parking area, ending a wonderful adventure in the heights.

What To Expect
The Callosa de Segura Via Ferrata is one of the most recent in the province of Alicante, ideal for both those who are starting out in this activity and for those with more experience in via ferrata. And there you can find all kinds of obstacles to overcome, especially its exciting suspension bridges. It is located in Callosa de Segura, a town that triangulates very closely between Alicante, Murcia and Orihuela. As soon as you arrive you will be surprised by the steep vertical mass that crowns the via ferrata, but you only have to face it if you decide to opt for the second section, that of the brave.

5.00Rafa was our guide for the k3 via ferrata. He was excellent in informing us what we were about to do. One of the kids had a panic attic midway through. Rafa was very calm and comforting to her which made her able to continue and complete the via ferrata. Would definitely recommend. Maybe next time we will do the k5 ( more technical via ferrata )

5.00We did the K3 via ferrata in Callosa de Segura with guides Jony, Juanlu, and Erik, and it was truly amazing. It was my first time, but I felt very safe with them; they explain everything very well and are also very friendly. I want to especially highlight Jony, who was leading the team, as we were a group of 10 friends, but it was no problem due to the good organization. We are already planning the next experience with them!

5.00Had a great time doing the Via Ferrata in Callosa de Segura. As a total beginner, I found that the K3 level was super fun and an appropriate level to begin with. Both the reception of Alicante Aventura and our guide on the Via Ferrata were so kind, and I felt very supported all the way through the activity. I will definitely go on another activity with Alicante Aventura.

5.00Absolutely amazing experience. Big shout out to Rafa who made us at ease and was so friendly! Some parts can be quite tricky but he helped whenever needed and put a smile on our faces when I was secretly crapping it! 10/10 reccomend the most stunning views as well ! Cant thank Rafa enough

5.00Highly recommend booking this trip for something different to do, our guide was great - very passionate and knowledgeable! He made us feel safe and confident going over the trickier parts and kept us laughing entertained! The photos were taken care of by the guide so no worries about dropping any devices!
