  The cruise was a bust. We took off from the traveled 5 mi utes out amd turned around and traveled back to the dock. Noone told us what was going on and they wouldn't let off the boat. The air turned off and we were all hot and few people were not feeling good from the heat in the boat. Finally they had the poor DJ announce that the boat had mechanical problems and that we could now leave. Nothing about a refund. Then a waitress came and told us we would get half of our 72.00 fee refunded. It was suppose be a 2 hour cruise and we went nowhere. Most of the staff was rude and wouldn't say what was going on. Parking was expensive and the food was bad. Wouldn't recommend. We had 12 people on board for a 70th birthday. It was a terrible experience. Spent $800 for the cruise and spent 10 minutes cruising and then a lot of time sitting in a hot boat. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  We were stuck in horrible traffic due to an accident on the causeway which tripled our commute time. I called the company direct and asked if we could move our reservation to the next night and she said no because we booked through a vendor. I tried to reach out to Viator and got no where. Needless to say we lost over $200. Be aware. Book directly with the company who is the actual operator. Done using booking these third party vendors.

  Definitely be prepared to take some pics! Food was surprisingly great at the buffet and bring a little cash to tip the staff. They earn every penny!😊

  There were only @20 people booked on the boat so that was both good and bad. During the dinner hour we went on top deck to enjoy the weather and see the sunset.. The steel drums live music during dinner was awesome and the musician then became the dj on the 2nd floor. There was no on dancing at all besides our party of 6. The servers were not very attentive and told us nothing about the layout of the boat or the dj on the 2nd floor. Just told us when to go to dinner buffet and brought out drinks. They did nothing to engage with the guests at all. The dinner buffet was good. Not a huge buffet but all of the selections were good and all of the options were clearly marked for vegetarian, allergens, etc. There was no desert options although we later saw a sign on the wall that they were desserts available for purchase, again, the servers never mentioned that. The views from the top deck are beautiful and many residents had air hors and were interacting with the boat as we passed. the captain was awesome, really nice guy who let us see the wheelhouse as well. Overall, set your expectations to a cheesy tourist dinner cruise and pack your good attitude and a good time. We had a blast! PS rum punch is STRONG!!!!! We got some extra juice to cut it for the first few drinks so keep that in mind.

  It was a small group due to the weather. The food was good and the staff was pleasant. I really enjoyed it, but would have LOVED it, if not for the rain keeping us inside. Also would suggest they include a dessert.
