Upon check in we were informed that the vehicles we booked were stick shift and if we didn’t know how to drive stickers we would have to upgrade to the next vehicle which was $75 more. Then there is mandatory $45 insurance required or $1000 deposit on credit card. THEN you also have to pay $25 park fee to get it. The tequila tasting is a joke, literally a tsp of tequila and you get 2.

Honestly was a great experience, our guide made sure we got to go fast yet safe. Only con is the tour company doesn’t let you bring your phone on the excursion based on safety but you can pay $150 more for a private version of the same tour that allows you to bring your phone. Because they don’t let you bring your phone so your forced to buy their pics which our photographer didn’t even get any pics of us doing the UTV portion.

The information is slightly misleading when you do tandem experiences. The camel ride is much shorter than expected. Also, none of the information provided pre-experience mentions that the vehicle insurance is mandatory or you are forced to do a $750 hold on your card for any damages that may occur. The whole experience is about money. The gift shop is very overpriced, the food and drinks onsite are overpriced, every station expects a tip. You are forced to leave your cellphone in a locker, so that they can sell you a picture package that is wildly overpriced. The digital copy of all photos taken will run you $150. The highlights of the tour, the tour guides are very friendly and the tequila tasting hosts were awesome!

We did a private tour over group And it was the best experience for us! Manuel was awesome from start to finish!!! He was patient and allowed us to take pictures and just enjoy our tour! I recommend spending the extra money if you want the full experience of the tour.

There is an additional $25 admission fee that you need to pay once you get there that I wasn’t aware of. Also, they will offer you coverage for $25 to keep the stick shift atv that is offered, or you can upgrade for $50 to get the automatic. I feel like this should have been something told ahead of time. They hound you to put your phone up because they want you to pay for the pictures through them. It was ok but they need to inform you of the fees.
