This was by far one of the best excursion I have booked. The staff was super friendly and the tour guide Marisol was awesome. I truly recommend this experience to anyone. Keep in mind there are extra fees for entry to the property and insurance for the ATV rides. no phone’s allowed but when you are riding the ATV’s why risk losing your expensive phone. They have staff that are taking pictures with a professional camera and an awesome video of you riding the camels and riding the ATV. Would definitely do it again.

Do not ride the camel if you can’t tolerate sitting with your legs spread wide. You will feel very uncomfortable.

Everything from beginning to end was great. The only complaint is they need new helmets. The helmets were extremely uncomfortable and worn. Others than that everything was great. Everyone was friendly and lots of photos taken

$95 in additional fees not communicated in the advertisement. We were hit with park entrance fees and insurances. The initial cost was $216 and I wouldn't have chosen this tour for $316

**Proceed with Caution – Important Information for Future Guests** While the tour itself had some enjoyable aspects, particularly thanks to our excellent guide, Herrera, there were several issues that significantly impacted our overall experience. **1. Hidden Fees & Misleading Booking Information:** Be aware that there is an additional **$25 per person entry fee** not disclosed on the Viator listing. This charge is only mentioned upon arrival and is not included in the original booking price, which feels misleading and unnecessary. **2. Poor Check-In Experience & Upselling Pressure:** The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. Our representative was more focused on upselling us rather than addressing our questions or preferences. There appears to be a **communication breakdown among the staff**—we received a WhatsApp message offering a private tour upgrade for $35 per person, but upon arrival were told it was $55. Despite showing the message, the staff refused to honor the quoted price. **3. ATV Booking Confusion:** We specifically requested single ATVs for five people, and the check-in attendant acknowledged this. However, it was never communicated to the tour guide. When the issue was raised, the response was not only unhelpful but unreasonable—they quoted **$155 per person** to "downgrade" from double to single ATVs, which made no sense. **4. Lockers & Unexpected Costs During the Tour:** Guests are instructed to store all belongings—including phones, wallets, and cash—in lockers. However, during the tour, there is a stop where purchases are encouraged, but guests are unable to buy anything since they’re not allowed to bring money with them. This lack of coordination was another letdown. **Final Thoughts:** Tour guide Herrera did an outstanding job and truly made the experience enjoyable despite the logistical setbacks. I’m not saying you shouldn't book this experience, but I **strongly recommend doing so with caution**. Be fully informed, clarify all details in advance, and don’t hesitate to advocate for what you've paid for.
