Explore the natural wonders of Baja where the main attractions are our very fondly thought of, whales. Our main focus is to provide overall comfort to maximize your satisfaction. We will take care of transportation, professional photographer services and knowledgeable bilingual guidance.
The whale encounters will let you observe the behavior of the Humpback Whales during mating and breeding season. You will also have a glimpse of the Cabo San Lucas coastline for a picture of the Arch, and see the sea lion colony.
Our guides have great knowledge about the history and biodiversity in Baja California Sur, and provide educational yet fun tours focused on the majestic whales that every year migrate to the warm waters of the Gulf of California and the Pacific Ocean.

What To Expect
Our Whale Watching tour begins at the Marina of Cabo San Lucas. When we board our boat, we’ll give you a short safety and sighting activity briefing and life-vests.
El Arco de Cabo San Lucas
We go out of the marina en route to Land’s End, where we’ll stop at The Arch of Cabo San Lucas for a picture and to see the Sea Lion colony that resides there, before heading out in search of our whale encounter and, with a little luck, other marine wildlife such as turtles, dolphins, mantas, and others.

5.00Outstanding experience. Small group (maybe 11) with a fantastic guide. Excellent job of seeking out whales, dolphins, and sea lions. Very informative guide who provided excellent information on humpback and other whales. I was especially impressed that the captain and guide were as excited as the guest to see the whales, even though they see these animals multiple times a day and every day of week. I would recommend this company and appreciated the resort pick-up.

5.00Excellent time. Saw several groups of Humpback Whales, a solo dolphin, a huge sea turtle and jumping marlins. The guide and Captain did a great job of chasing the water spouts.

5.00This was an excellent excursion. Leonardo and his team were very nice. They were able to identify whales and took us very close. They provided snacks and pictures and transportation to and from the marina. We were very fortunate to see 3 whales (one of which was a calf only about 2 weeks old). It was a very nice experience and I highly recommend it. It was the highlight of our trip to Cabo San Lucas.

5.00It was the best whale watching experience! Pablo was very knowledgeable when explaining the different whales and dolphins. We saw Marlins as well! He was ontime for the pick up and was very attentive when my partner started experiencing 'sea sickness', in the middle of the tour. He made sure that he was ok to continue with the tour. We even saw some Marlins! I have wonderful videos but unble to upload. Photos only. We had the best time! I highly recommend!

5.00We had a wonderful trip whale watching! Our guide was very knowledgeable about all things Cabo, whales, and the ocean in general. We had fun on the boat scouting for whales, and saw many. We even saw whales breaching outside of the water - this was the highlight of the trip. The entire crew made our experience very special, and we could see that they also respect the wildlife by not getting too close or disturbing the animals. Pickup was very prompt and easy. The drive to town was very short, and along the way our driver had interesting facts to share.

5.00We loved our tour with True Baja! It was easy to get to the meeting point from our cruise drop off, although it required a little walking. The boat ride was fun and our tour guide shared all kinds of interesting information about the sea life we were seeing. We saw so many whales. One even jumped up in the air in front of us. We saw dolphins and also marlins jumping. It was all so amazing! The staff was helpful and provided water and protein bars for us. They took our pictures and pictures of the marine life we saw and sent them to us for free! Highly recommend!

5.00Definitely book this company for your whale watching experience in Cabo. Small and intimate group setting with kind and knowledgeable guides. Great communication to ensure that we found the location and knew what we needed to do to make it a great experience. We started out with excellent views of the famous arch at Lands End. Very beautiful and spectacular views. I wasn’t sure if we would see whales, it’s never a guarantee but this company knew what they were doing! Obviously very experienced and worked as a team to find whales for us. We had a great experience, saw several whales and several breaches, absolutely amazing. Also saw several marlins jumping out of the water. The boat and life jackets were in great condition. The captain was a great navigator, safe and kept us from getting sick! They had granola bars and water for the group as well. Length of the tour was just right, not too short or too long. Worked perfectly with our time in Cabo and we had time to shop and sightsee and get back to the boat in plenty of time. Great price also, would definitely recommend them and book with them myself again if we come back during the season.

5.00We had so much fun. We saw the Arch, Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach. And then lots of Humpback Whales. Aly our tour guide was super friendly and gave us lots of info about the whales. A great activity to do with teen kids.
