Unfortunately the ATV adventure was one bumpy road that we road around in circles on broken down quads that were falling apart. There was no jungle adventure, very little instruction, and was very little fun. The cenote was cool, even tho the 'water falls' were two man made pipes streaming some water down. The van ride to the centote was hot and stuffy, and the tour transport there and back was cramped, hot and stuffy. If there is no air conditioning - offering water would have gone a long way. Ziplines were fun and the Tequila tasting was the highlight with a super informative and funny guide.

10/10 — highly recommend! 🤩 We upgraded to VIP and it was totally worth it. The ATV ride was bumpy but a blast, and the zip lining gave the perfect adrenaline rush. The tequila tasting was fun and delicious, and the cenote was absolutely beautiful. Chicken tacos were a 10/10 🌮🔥 Huge shoutout to Nacho for being an amazing tour guide!

Disappointing experience overall. It started with a what'sapp message 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time saying they could not provide transportation. We chose to take an Uber and they did reimburse us for that. We were pressured up grade our package immediately on arriving. Our guide Alan was extremely rude and there was not enough time to enjoy the activities. The zip line was moving too fast and were very short. Alan pressured people to zip line upside down even when they stated they didn't want to. The atvs were in much worse shape than the photos on here and my leg was burned from the engine heat against my leg. They only have 2 changing rooms but gave the group 10 minutes to change into bathing suits before the cenotes. We were only there for about 25 minutes before being rushed back to the van. Alan asked us 3 separate times for tips. We were told we could tip with apple pay when we paid for our food and drink but he came to our table while we were eating insisting on a cash tip. The photo package we purchased was nice and affordable but wish they also took photos at the cenotes as part of it.

Myself along with my three adult children has the best day ever. Our tour guide Coco was amazing. We love the zip lining, four wheeling and the tacos. Was worth the money.

Overall the tour was well facilitated, everything was great from the zip line to the cenote and tequila tasting. Chili did a great job being our guide and his energy was great.

I wish we had a longer swim time but other than that the experience was amazing. The tacos and salsa were extremely good.

One of the worst experiences, constantly hustling you for tips, I paid the basic ticket which is $70 not $49 + $50 each for VIP upgrade which was a complete BS but wait there is more you can’t take pictures, why you asked? So they can charge you extra $80 dollars for you own pictures ,don’t go there it’s not worth it , 30 minutes of ATV , few meters of ZIPLINS 🤮and one tiny water hole , like I said don’t go there
