The experience is amazing. I had a great time. Driver was amazing he was late but they communicated that so we were aware. Tour guides were good. Beware!! Once you arrive even though your tour is paid. They will try and up sell you an extra package that has Free food, drinks, lockers extra Cenote time and zip lines and all this other stuff. Don’t do it. Not worth. Take your own waters and drinks. You only have so long to eat you wont be drinking much. If you want to go to that Cenote separate you can go on your own and pay an entrance fee. If you speak Spanish. I’d recommend just booking this tour in person for way cheaper, especially off season. But that’s just me. Lesson learned.

This is a no go. The itinerary is backward. We began with the Cenote and should have ended with it. The zip lining is amateurish as there is 3 or 4 lines of about 100 yards each. They each go from a tree to a tree and do not cover much ground and are approximately 30 feet off the ground. If you want to go zip lining go to Costa Rico or Equador where you can do real zip lining not tourist zipping. The ATV is really a no go. They advertise to go through jungle, etc. That is a laugh. We were on the ATV for about 30 minutes and were riding on an tall electric high line road for about a quarter of a mile then back then back and forth several times. The road was very rough and dusty and the ride was uncomfortable. We did not ride through any jungle at all. After the zip lining and ATVing we are sweating and real dusty and that is why we should now go to the Cenote to cool down. The Cenote should be the last thing.

We had a blast on this adventure. We did not do the upgraded packages. Don’t think you need to. Our guide Omar was wonderful. That was some serious tequila tasting! Would definitely recommend. They did try and do a lot of upselling while you are there.

Throughly enjoyable morning Zip lining and ATV throughout the Mexican jungle, topped off with a through tequila tasting which we learnt a lot about teaching. The swimming in the cenote was a plus and lunch included, can’t go wrong!

When we arrived, we had no expectation that our first two interactions with staff would be asking for more money. We haggled and agreed for the VIP package, turned the corner and guided towards signs that showed us how to spend more money on “safety” equipment by someone who did not speak English. I asked to speak to somebody who spoke English and told me “ you don’t really need that stuff”. ATV - the fun with the atv’s is to go fly quickly over the bumps, and when you don’t because there are people in front of you, or you feel unsafe, the experience is lacking. Would recommend a group that goes fast over bumps, and a smoother ride for those who want to go slow. Also, hot exhaust on your feet is not great. Zip lines did not feel safe for a 240 lb person, my kids liked it. You were not allowed to slow down and control your own speed. You had to lift your feet to avoid hitting the platform and hope people would catch you before you hit the tree. I did not get hurt, but wasn’t comfortable and did not complete the whole course. The staff were excellent and helpful- I thought they did their best. I only wish they were fairly compensated by the employer so that the tip portion of the day was less important. The tequila tasting and cenote swim was fun. Photos were very good, and since we could not take our own pictures, these were a memory worth having. Could easily spend another $400 here, be prepared. VIP, “Safety Gear”, photos, tequila, tips…

The actual ATV, zip line and cenote are fun. However this is more than an hour from Cancun and from the moment we arrived, they were trying to upsell us on entirely unnecessary things in an exhausting way. Also, they keep you there for more than an hour after the activities are done to try to get you to spend more money. We ended up calling a cab for $65 at the end to get away.

Alan was great! Very helpful and respectful of everyone’s individual needs. As for the activities, not enough time allocated to the Canote.

We had so much fun! We enjoyed our group of people that we met while there too, the tour guides were funny and very helpful. Honestly, everything was amazing, always upgrade to VIP!!! The fish tacos were Bussin and the tequila was definitely good during tequila tasting plus we learned a whole bunch of stuff about tequila that we never even knew. Altogether it was definitely a great time and I will do it again.

Lots of fun! Our guide Alan was very on top of it and kept us on schedule so we had enough time to enjoy all the activities. Cenote, tequila, ATV, and zip lining, and they have a gift shop and little restaurant area with a snack-size meal included (2 tacos/person). Good for kids and adults alike. The cenote has zip line and cliff jump entry options. The zip line is pretty short but still fun, got lots of time in the ATVs, you can purchase your photos at the end with pricing based on group size. overall great use of your time.

Great experience! Great staff! My son loved it! I would definitely recommend. I only have four stars because I got muddy, however those who don’t mind it will be okay!
