The activities were great and they moved along smoothly and quickly. The only piece we did not like was the forced hour of restaurant time where people aggressively came around, trying to get us to buy everything and anything they could. We weren’t interested in the food and had to sit there for an hour until our ride was called.

Great adventure experience in the jungle. Everything was so much fun and the guides were excellent. They made sure everyone was having a great time and being safe, which was most important to me. They will try to upsell you to a VIP package and sell tequila and pictures, which is part of their job. Overall, I would highly recommend if you like an adventure experience.

I have travel many places and this was by far the worst excursion ever! Your ride the ATV back and forth on a straight dirt road. Literllly same road back and forth for 20 min. Then the zip line was tiny. Only good thing was the Centote at the end but it is a public place so if you have a car or taxi you can go yourself. You only get 20 min to swim. Also they tried to make us upgrade for an additional $300 saying we would end up spending more on food and drink than $300 if we don’t upgrade. Big lie. There is nothing to buy except gross food. DO NOT BOOK if you looking for an adventure.

Humberto best tour guide. Had the vibes going for our group. And gave extra time for cenotes. Bring swim shoes they not needed but your going to want them.
